  1. Here's a few pictures of the map. It is rather big: http://users.tijd.com/~tdn18471/rotla1.jpg http://users.tijd.com/~tdn18471/rotla2.jpg Surely there must be better scans of this on the net somewhere? Just noticed that there was also a video game catalog '87 included. I honestly didn't know I had all this stuff... Even the balloons are still there
  2. Except it didn't tell you how to find the Yar! I wrote to Atari in CA when I first bought the game, and they sent me one of those brown cardboard maps with screenshots, along with a typed solution sheet, a letter and... four Atari balloons
  3. I just finished browsing the mags, but couldn't find any more info. What do you mean "where is the ad?" Doesn't the link work?
  4. Well, I just read the article again and there's no proof that the console was actually released; the reviewers may have received a prototype to test. Its cartridges were not the size of a regular Atari cartridge, but there would be an adapter to play 2600 games. Anyway, here's the article: http://users.tijd.com/~tdn18471/hv1.jpg http://users.tijd.com/~tdn18471/hv2.jpg And also an ad for everything that was (to be) released by Homevision: http://users.tijd.com/~tdn18471/ad.jpg I'll see if I can find more Home Vision references in the magazines.
  5. Belgium is indeed the "home" of Home Vision. I remember a huge Home Vision stand in the shops here, stacked with at least 20 different titles. If you bought a Vidco Cartridge Copier, you could copy a Home Vision game for a small amount of money, then later erase it and come back for another game to copy. Home Vision also released an Atari 2600 console with some add-ons. I have some pictures and a review of it (in French) if anyone's interested.
  6. - My Golf by Hes (PAL, CIB) - Pick 'n Pile by Ubi Soft (PAL, CIB) - Encounter at L-5 by Data Age (NTSC, CIB) - Crypts of Chaos by 20th Century Fox (NTSC, CIB) - 2 Xonox double-enders (1 PAL, 1 NTSC) http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZluc768765 Thank you for looking.
  7. I have one of those too. It was my very first Atari, bought as soon as they were released. Here's a picture of the inside:

Thank you for the tip. I looked in the help section to see if I could somehow cancel my own messages, but couldn't find anything. I'll try to be more careful next time.

    Atari game posters

I realize there are copyright issues involved, but I just thought that if there would be enough interest, then maybe it would be worth going through the trouble of obtaining the necessary permissions. But like I said, it was just an idea. Uhm... and yes, I accidentally posted this in Auction Central too. Sorry about that.
  10. Just an idea... Why doesn't AtariAge sell posters with the artwork of some of the Atari boxes? I think it would be so great to have a huge poster with the picture of Earthworld and Fireworld hanging on the wall... I especially like the Fireworld artwork with the chalice floating in the air. Come to think of it: does the original artist of these pictures have a website?
  11. Oops... wrong forum, sorry!

  13. Strange, boxed Homevision titles hardly show up, and now there are 3 boxed Sky Aliens being auctioned on Ebay with 2 weeks 873326[/snapback] Ah! I had no idea... Guess I should have auctioned my Wall Break first...
  14. Sky Alien by Homevision in original box: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...ssPageName=WDVW Thank you for looking, Luc.
  15. Complete with box and manuals. Mint condition. http://search.befr.ebay.be/_W0QQsassZluc768765 Now accepting Paypal. International bidders: please take a look at the shipping charges before bidding! Thank you.
  16. Yes, I have several of those "Special Edition" boxes, including Superman and Championship Soccer. I bought them here in Belgium, so they're indeed PAL.
  17. Not a Gracia console, but here are some other pics you might find interesting: http://users.tijd.com/~tdn18471/atari.htm
  18. If you're in Belgium (and "kuifje" looks Dutch enough) then the console you have was probably sold by Concordia Mail, a postorder company that sold all kinds of electronics under the Gracia label back in the 80's.
  19. http://search.benl.ebay.be/_W0QQfgtpZ1QQfr...QsassZluc768765 European bidders preferred. Thanks for looking, Luc.
  20. Hi, Thanks for pointing out that posting auctions is not allowed in Marketplace, I didn't know that. Sorry about that. As for selling my games per item: I sometimes combine them into packages of eight, but I don't see much use in doing this all the time because I don't expect anyone to bid on eight games if they only want three or four. I do not charge shipping costs per item. If anyone buys more than one game from me, I only charge shipping costs once. I may however charge a little bit more if the games require a bigger box (I always use sturdy Postpac boxes). I will make that more clear in my coming auctions. Thanks, Luc.
  21. For collecting purposes only, because the copier *does not work anymore!* http://search.benl.ebay.be/_W0QQfgtpZ1QQfr...QsassZluc768765 European bidders preferred. Thanks for looking, Luc.
  22. All boxed! California Games, Mario Bros red label, Space Tunnel, Mission 3000, Quest for Quintana Roo, Cross Force... http://search.benl.ebay.be/_W0QQfgtpZ1QQfr...QsassZluc768765 European bidders preferred. Much more to come... Thanks for looking, Luc.
  23. I have a mint Pitfall II (CIB) up for auction right now if you're interested: http://search.benl.ebay.be/_W0QQfgtpZ1QQfr...QsassZluc768765 Also a red label Mario Bros and some other carts.
  24. Is this what you need? http://home.scarlet.be/~pin00842/sshuttle.jpg E-mail me with any offers if interested. Keep in mind I am in Europe, so the cartridge is PAL format.
