  1. Well FreakCart is still pretty playable. I just won't have a real score to post if it gets put up for HSC.
  2. Does this mean I have to put it down? *sobs* *gets the gun*
  3. This is the title screen. When you choose your game level, say game 4, then the 4 is reversed as well. When you reset, it shows this screen with a 0. I can't make out the writing for sure. Every time I look at it, I keep misreading it as "chicken o" lol. I don't know - I think it's just borked.
  4. Im not sure - will check later when i get home. I do remember I couldn't read the game title on the bottom of the screen when I first fired it up because all the letteres were reversed and/or over lapping. I mean I've only wasted a couple of dollars on it, so it's no biggy if it is crappy, but if it is I'd want to buy a working copy as well.
  5. Just a quick question about Time Race - I have a copy and I noticed the numbers are flipped. Like if I score 245, then each of those numbers individually is flipped, not 542. Is this common of rainbow vision or do I have a dodgey/broken copy? Edit: I've got a pic now of the cart itself and the screenshot (sorry, indoors night time) so maybe some one can tell me if that's just how they came or if I've got a crappy copy.
  6. 22060... getting better. This is without a doubt my favourite game! Also, geez keilbaca. Can you try not to be so good at every freakin game? lol
  7. 19550... at last a game I've been practicing! hehe.
  8. I can not get more than 900 for this. I just don't have the fine motor skills necessary to control my ship. I'm sure I'd do better if I wasn't playing a rom... well not really. Lock me in for 900 lol.
  9. Not to throw fuel onto the fire, but I think the Chilean's invented the machine you need.
  10. knew something must have been wrong... im a tard lol.
  11. 4890 :< I have brought shame to my family.
  12. Better safe than sorry. *shrug* You tried your best, but no sense in cutting your own throat for a sale.
  13. Wht shouldn't be allowed? Cats. Yes, there was an incident involving coffee this afternoon. Lucky my reflexes are good - I could save everything but the blanket I was sitting on. Some would say ban coffee as well, but that's taking things a bit far :/
  14. 2680 is my best so far. This is pretty addictive. I'll be trying some more before the end of the week.
  15. These are all good questions to ask (but then again I do have a pro skull island bias), so maybe rom could reply here? pretty please lol.
  16. That's so much fun - the two "paddles" are pretty challenging. I found myself taking too long deciding which one would be best to use and then watching the ball slip in between them. Completely love it.
  17. 1970... i don't even know what I did differently. Flew through the first couple of levels then got stuck on the blinky trio of logs and finally freaked out at the size of the giant spider. I don't like spiders :/
  18. I don't enjoy spikes peak but I'm probably just not very good at it.
  19. Mangia!! Such a weird idea, I must have it! lol. But I wouldn't knock back a q*berts qubes if it came my way.
  20. 1. Jawbreaker. Hours of fun right there people. 2. Dodge 'Em. I love this game, especially if I had someone on the island to play against! Even solo it's still fun and challenging. I get pretty caught up in it. 3. Planet Patrol. This is great - I love the "night mission" sections, I think they really add something to the game play. 4. Quest for Quintaroo. I'd be pretty happy spending my days on an island hunting for the green herbs. 5. Pressure Cooker. YES.
  21. 1220.. getting better very slowly here. I really get bogged down in the diagonal bats, and then fall in the water with the moving logs. I got no rhythem lol.
  22. 1100 is the best i can do. I managed to cram together some combinations of swear words I didn't even know existed while playing. And as the true marker of addictiveness, I had cups of coffee go cold waiting for me to admit defeat. I still can't decide if this is the worst game I've played or the best. It's so damn frustrating! Well done to to people approaching perfect scores. I applaud your patience and skill.
  23. Well I've just returned from the post office. I sold an item for $0.99 with $8.90 postage, thinking there might be a buck or so in there to pay for the listing fees. Wound up costing me $8.70 using recycled packaging. Since my listing fees (including pictures) cost more than the $1.29 I made, I effectively wasted my time selling the item. So I don't mind if I'm buying off someone and they charge a few bucks more than the postage price for postage and handling, and in future I will be doing so too. It's when I see the blatant attempt to dodge around paying the same fees as everyone else that I get really annoyed. I've noticed it more with electronics and perfume. $0.99 perfume with $60 postage even! I did have one person emailing me for another item that I had $8.90 postage on, saying it was unreasonable since the item should fit into a $4.50 bag. My response was that I just set that rate to cover myself and where possible get some better packaging or send express if the cost will allow it. They in turn said that sounded reasonable but didn't bid. I know it was only a few bucks, and I thought about maybe selling it with a $4.50 postage price, but then I could wind up with another item only just selling for the $0.99 starting price and wasting my time for nothing all over again. I guess I'm just not a good business person. :/ And these postage scammers and fee dodgers are?
