Nvm, seems as per usual, I post and then figure it out. I need JP2 connector as mine is broken, everything before JP2 is working, everything after JP2 is working. only problem now, is where do I get a JP2 header

Let me start by saying i have 2 Lynx 2's, both working just bad screens to swap bits between. (All tests were with a known working game cart installed) I decided to purchase the BennVenn LCD for one of the Lynx 2s. I put it into my Console with Board number C104471 (will call this B1), removed the L17 coil, fitted the screen to the outer casing (part with the flex for buttons) put it back together and everything was working great, screen was bright, sounds perfect, took it apart and put the brightness wire in place, put it all back together and nothing, dead. Took it apart, undone the brightness wire put it back together, still dead. took the screen and front ribbon part of the case and attached it to my other Lynx board C104129 (will call this one B2), again removed L17 coil, put it all back together, pressed power Lynx come to life, yet no back light, screen working but can only see it if you put a strong light source to it, tested buttons, sound everything working fine. Took the screen and front part of the lynx apart, soldered USB wire to Capacitor to bypass the 9v circuit on B1, plugged it in and it sprang to life, bright screen, sound yet no controls, the controls work when on B2, but not B1. Last night after finding a bit of time, i tested it again on B2, this time the screen came to life, but then faded to black, and stayed black (basically back light fade) as you can still see the image on the screen, but its not lit. So my questions. What would cause the buttons to not be responsive on B1, with the ribbon cable for the buttons working on B2 but not B1? you can even bridge the pins for the power button on B1 and the console will work, but the bottons are still not being registered as being pressed. What would cause B2 backlight to fade to black? Screen works fine Buttons work fine unless attached to board B1 Any help would be appreciated. Oh and using the other Lynx front button panel along with the LCD, i get exactly the same symptoms

As per title. Reg1 has been changed for a known working one from a test board. im using an AV cable that's brand new. ive tested the cable for continuity and its fine. There is no sound from the Jag, no start up sound, no jag roar, no game sounds. Anything else to look for?
