  5. My package from Intellivision arrived today with my Shifty Eyed Dealer shirt and Intellivision backpack which will be the container for my original Intellivision to keep the dust away from it
  6. This is one of the best explanations of loot box issues I have seen such a great way to explain it
  7. When I called the old help line number in college after my original died from water damage from a roof leak during a rain storm in 2002/2003 it was an adult line lol
  8. 1. There are a lot of licensing deals that haven’t been announced yet I believe those will be trickling out over time. That said a lot of bigger software licensing like Activision or possibly Sega will want to wait a while to see what the install base is like before licensing out to Intellivision. 2. Have to plan out licensing deals like that to keep buzz going and building it was either October or November that licensing deals for Load Runner, Burgertime and a few others were announced. 3. Not sure about this one. 4. I’m sure we will see lots of more board and card games coming over time. 5. If I remember correctly Nightstalker is 1 to 4 players. 6. If I remember correctly the Zelda game above is open world and games like that won’t be possible because it adds complexity to the controller scheme but adventure games will still be possible just not open world titles.
  9. I would guess component placement inside since it uses passive cooling
  10. A lot of people who throw hate seem to me to think video games are only about awesome graphics and story driven hundred hour experience. Or that only Microsoft, PlayStation, and Nintendo are the only people allowed to make consoles, or that people outside of hardcore players won’t buy a system. Even though a large number of people who were not hardcore gamers bought a Wii. Given the amazing team Intellivision has put together in my eyes puts this group in a great position to succeed which is a big reason I find all the hate so confusing my grandma is looking forward to playing games together and she has only ever played Tetris on NES which is why I’m excited plus simpler games because I got tired of games that required me to get a walk through unless I wanted to spend an hour or more running in circles trying to figure out how to open a door.
  11. Had a dream last night that Intellivision received a reward for top family gaming option definitely one that I hope comes true
  12. The darker backed one looks fantastic so that would be my vote
  13. This just popped into my head around the times of the start of Pokémon and Digimon there was a game I believe it was called Monster Rancher where you got new monsters to train and raise to fight in an arena. The monster was generated by your music cd collection. I figure there are two different ways either you plug a usb drive with mp3 files and based on the song choice the monster is generated or you could sell a 4 pack of RFID creatures and tapping them on the system while in the game would give you that monster could be a fun way to sell collectibles
  14. No horse in this race for me either I didn’t get the 4 cause I didn’t but many games or use the PS3 often but based on recent history I expect Sony to be far more successful than Xbox I’m figuring 55-45 or 60-40 split of the groups
  15. This is one of the best satirical posts I have ever seen way to go.
  16. Isolation is a fun game but becomes a pain in the rear when you lose a few of the squares
  17. Considering the cost of Super Bowl add space my guess is it would probably be year 2nor 3 before that happened or you’d be using up a huge chunk of advertising budget on one add
