I typed in a few games from a book into my Tandy 200, and after just a few dumb games, I'm already out of RAM! Most of the games had to have their difficulties manually adjusted as well because they were too easy/impossible.

  Yup.
  
  I tool the key switch apart with some soldering and prying, and cleaned the corroded bits.
