I've got about 200+ Genesis games and I haven't come across any "broken" games yet. The only one I have ever been concerned about was a copy of "Forgotten Worlds". It would start up fine and I'd go to "start game" or w/e and within a few seconds it'd show the "Game Over" screen. It turns out that it was the six-button controller I had (b/c when I changed to a 3-button controller without the slow and turbo switches it worked just fine). Oh, and try out Windex on your Genesis games, I've used that on all my games and they seem to play just fine. Good Luck.

I think It'd be cool to pretty much keep it the same but have a Media Bay for SD cards so that way you could load your roms onto it..even those Home-Brew games you created while on a lot of Mountain Dew. It'd be almost like a "development" system. Oh, and keep the price around $20. That would definitely be for the win.

That's weird, i modded my Xbox a few weeks ago and i have just now put MAME on it. The version i am using is MameoX or something like that. It is a mystery to me too. For example, i set up Street Fighter 3 and it says that i do not have enough memory or something close to that sort of message. I wonder if it's even possible to even run that game.... can anyone help?

I haven't had a problem with Stella 2.3.5 yet... I do like how every new version of Stella keeps on getting better and better. I look toward to the new releases. I just had to throw that in there.

Need a good PC game pad for simple emulation

I personally use a Saitek P220 gamepad. It's not bad at all with games. I bought it for $10 at Gamestop a few years ago and it's held up really well. I like how it's a usb plug and play controller. I used to take this thing to school and play my emulators on their computers. -
One of my good buddies told me that windex is great to use to clean the pins..have you tried that yet? He said that windex beats achohol and is great for cleaning the outside too...just don't get any windex on the labels. I was just wondering.

I'm going with DK. I think that game has stood the test of time better than most games have... and plus..it's a classic. Don't get me wrong though...Klax is an awesome game. I just wanted to go with DK.

Yeah, Nestopia is one of the most reliable and overall best NES emulator for the pc in my opinion. And i do think it's reaching perfection every time it releases a new upgrade...it never backslides like the way some emulators have.

The Nes emulator i like is Jnes. It's super compatible with all of the games I play. Iv'e tried all of the emulators for the Nes and this one is the best (this is my opinion). If u haven't tried it, then you should, it's worth it. And if u find one better than Jnes, then let me know. Thanks.

I got a Nomad myself. Unfortunately, It came of Ebay and I paid around $80 for it. But it goes good in my video-game collection. And it came with 20 games, a carrying case, a battery pack, a few DC adapters and a car adapter. So it wasn't that bad. The Nomad is in great shape.
