Measuring 11.87v without any draw. Is this within tolerances for the board?

C64 Psu's are notoriously unreliable - Supplies 5v & 12v - Plugged the wrong one in once and fried most of my board as the 12v line was way over. All the expensive chips on that line. Hopefully Brexit hasn't shafted shipping to the UK for me on this one. I'll check them out.

I've just acquired the Atari 400 below and will be looking to bring it back to as new a condition as possible. I'm good with Commodores and Spectrums but this is my first Atari so was looking for primers such as: Before I power it on are there any pointers on voltages to check on the PSU and the board itself Recommened capacitor replacement checks Worthwhile mods? Checked youtube as there isn't much for the 400 so may do a video of the restore along the way. Wondering whether to retrobrite it using just the sun method ( No peroxide as it always seems to streak for me ), or just spray it as retro recipes did in his video.

I remember being in Chips Computers, Rugby Road, Worthing in the 80's and you came in showed a derivative multiboot was based on yours by typing in Noj on one of the menus. Also remember someone coming in to trade Jet Boot Jack whilst you were there too.
