I wouldn't worry about it too much, it'll pass before too long. I get depressed all the time over stupid little stuff that no one should be getting depressed over, but it always passes after a week or two.

Just for clarification I was not implying that the holiday season was stupid to get depressed over, it's actually a totally legitimate reason to get down in the dumps. I just meant that I personally get depressed over stupid stuff, like not having enough money for XYZ thing or other people around me having fun and feeling like I don't fit in.
