There's only about 10 feet of tree left and all the branches are down. It's no longer a threat to the house. Now the backyard is going to be a mess when they start cutting down the two trees back there.

  Sometimes around here, people have a bear carved from the wood and put on the stump where the tree was...It's funny because the old neighbor across the street did this and IIRC, he was saying he actually price shopped the bears...The more detailed bear carving guy was too expensive so he used the faster, less detailed, bear carving guy haha...
