      This is the 21st century. We don't do lights anymore. We point one powerful LED light cone at something and hope no one looks into it and becomes blind. "Look at the dancing snowflakes, everybody! Oops, I pointed the light too high! Run from the falling airplane, everybody!"

    I found some good games I would have never tried if not for the HSC. My favorite finds are Hunchy 2, Lead, Gorf, Lady Bug, and some more I don't remember off the top of my head.

    Did you get it yet mj? I ordered a Harmony Encore on Friday. I got an order confirmation shortly thereafter. Then on Saturday I got a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. I received it yesterday. Oregon to Maryland in 2 1/2 days! I did order Priority mail because I wanted a box instead of a bubble envelope.

    I used a heavy sixer for 14-15 years before it needed a new computer chip. I haven't checked to see which one yet. I've been using another heavy sixer for the past year. Is 15 years reliable or par for the course?

    When the temperature is around 30 to 40 I get cold. But when it gets down in the teens I don't feel the cold.

    I accidentally fried my Hunchy 2 cartridge about 5 times now. Nothing special happened but I did turn it off quickly to avoid damage.

      Well, one time it said level: 0 and had four 0's under it. I should have pushed the fire button to see what happened.

    Have to put up the tree. I like Christmas but I don't like getting out all the decorations. When I was a kid I would have it up the day after Thanksgiving.

    Set my homepage but if turn computer off , when I turn it back on it goes to the last page I was visiting. Why is it not going the homepage I set?

      You can set a homepage, buy if your browser is set to start at the last page visited, you won't see it

      My Firefox used to mess with my homepage, as in give me a blank screen instead, but an update actually fixed it!

    I have a Kaboom! cartridge I've been using for 15 years and now it won't stay on. I think the contacts have been worn down from so much use. I pulled out another copy of Kaboom! and it works fine. Is it possible that the contacts got worn to the point that they won't maintain a connection?

    I had a few Activision games like that. I cleaned them about 3 or 4 times and they finally worked.

    Is AOL down right now? My Mom was trying to get her email and got a "gateway 504 timeout". Other sites seem to be working fine.

    My request would be to have an Activision timed games for 2 weeks. Barnstorming, Grand Prix, and Sky Jinks I would say skiing but I know we just played that.

Hope to at least get to 13 this next week. ...and.. I finally got a pattern on level 7. It varies a little each time depending on my timing.

    I only gained 1 pound from gorging myself on Thursday and Friday. I thought I'd go up 4 or 5.

    F'n' yahoo. They now play commercials while you are trying to view email and it bogs it down.

      There is an option in firefox, maybe chrome to stop autoplay videos in about:config

      I closed out my Yahoo account when they leaked all the e-mails to Russian hackers. I went back to a dedicated client for my other e-mail accounts, and replaced AdBlocker Plus (no longer works) with uBlock Origin.

      As MrMaddog said, uBlock Origin is free and works rather well.
