If someone should make a Blockbuster movie of Robotron 2084, a) who should direct it, b) write it?, c ) act as hero, last-family-on-Earth, villains, d), make the special effects (and in what style)?

  This sounds like great subject material for the general chat subforum. I think this could go deeper than just a status update. However, Director should be George Lucas. As for writing, I am at a loss. Hero should be Dwayne Johnson. The rest is beyond my scope of knowledge and should be left to trained professionals.
