The cable of for the PVM monitor has a direct connection, so it works fine with other systems that have RGB mods like the NES.
-
The Scart plugs into the PVM monitor with the Scart to BNC connector cables.
-
Here are the voltages from the sync output with the different options.
-
I wasn’t talking about your question, I was talking about something that has an extra potentiometer that was pictured.
-
Look at this picture. The citrus3000psi RGB board’s sync doesn’t have a pot.
-
Ugh, it doesn’t work. -_- I tried to replace the R11 and R24 with the new 15k ohm resistors, so their code is 18C. 18C = 15k Ohms BTW, I don't know the 153 and 18C are the same thing for 15K Ohms or not.
-
Yes, both R11 and R24 are 18 , so I have to replace them with 15K.
-
I was right, 153 is basically 15K Ohm resistor SMD.
-
Besides, they have to be 15K Ohm resistors to get the sync to work. BTW, I wonder what they look like? They are small that should have the resistor code, 153.
-
Well, do I have to replace it?
-
I don't know this'll work for the Sync fix for the RGB mod. By the way, I have a composite mod like this.
-
I am trying to get the RGB mod to work, I got full RGB, but how do I fix the sync?
-
I can tell that they’re the same thing.
-
I got it working on the PVM, but the sync issue and all green, so any ideas how to fix?
-
On the bright side, I did fix my ColecoVision after the 5v mod, but I am still trying to get the RGB mod to work.
-
I tried to check the voltage. I did the other side of the SMD.
-
The R23 has the SMD resistor code, 562 which is 5.6k Ohms. While the OSHPark says 5K6.
-
Didn’t you see my work about the mod board I install? Did I do it right?
-
I see.
-
Oh yeah, that would work. I think the Coleco’s vdp chip could be either TMS9918 or TMS9928. ”2” takes YPbPr while “1” takes composite only.
-
Cause if it is, it can be used because the SNES multi out takes RGB.
-
How do I adjust R23 because my RGB board doesn’t get a sync. Also, is it possible to use the SNES styled multi out connector for the RGB mod?
-
I was trying to test before mounting the RGB output connector to be safe. The bright side is, the grey scart cable works on my RGB modded 2600.
-
So, I guess the grey cable sucks, and I need a different SCART cable? Did I install the board correctly?
-
I am having the hardest times to get the RGB mod to work on my ColecoVision. I got no sync at all.
