It seems the 10 pin micro match connectors are surely difficult to find on eBay and Amazon with faster delivery, and it could be used to connect the Sophia with the USB Blaster. BTW, is it possbile to use the Scart cable instead of DVI connector while I connect the Sophia with the 8 mini din pin as RGB?
-
Definitely.
-
That would work, so I have to connect my Sophia on the Atari 5200, and connect it to the computer with the USB Blaster to change the different resolution to get it working on the TV.
-
BTW, when the Sophia is plugged into a USB Blaster, does the Sophia required power while it is connected to the Atari or something?
-
Sounds reasonable, but what program I use to reprogram and making the cable?

Anyway, I don't have to be changing the controllers for some games that can be used with a joystick or a paddle. -
Master System Controller/Paddle Mod Help

BTW, I do have a Harmony Cartridge, but pressing Left (Pin 3) or Right (Pin 4) won't select at the menu while the paddle is on control. Edit: Never mind, I finally got that controller to work without any issues for now. Guh-Huh! -

By the way, the Genesis cable is 3rd party because it doesn't have a SEGA logo on it. -
Hi, I am building a Master system controller with the paddle for the Atari while I am using the parts are the Sega Genesis 9 wire controller cable, the potentiometer, the knob for the spinner, and the Sega Master System controller. I am trying to wire the controller that I can confirm some are working like the blue one goes down. Note: Everything doesn't work except for down and paddle.

I just realized I can reprogram the Sophia with the USB Blaster, so I could change the different resolution.
-
Does anyone give me a guide about how to reprogram the Sophia with the USB Blaster?
-
I heard it is possible to do the Sophia mod on Atari 5200. By the way, is it possible to reprogram the Sophia resolution with the USB blaster?

Hi all! I have a 4 controller port of Atari 5200 that has a composite mod, so I am trying to get the Sophia Rev C that I luckily bought on eBay, but I tried and sadly I got no picture, so can anyone help me figure it out? Here is the link for Sophia: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Sophia-rev-C-for-Atari-8bit-Computers-DVI-Output-1536x960-w-DVI-to-HDMI-Adapt/174143007237?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

Well, I can still play the real carts sometimes while I have the MiSTer that loads games from SD.
-
I started to feel interested on MiSTer FPGA thing, so this could be a really great substitute for RGB modded consoles. It has some cores from retros like Atari 2600, ColecoVision, NES, SNES, Genesis, Atari 8-Bit Family, etc. I would like to see the N64, PS1, and Saturn cores.

What if I turn this console into an Atari retropie console?
