Some Screenshot of World End and War 2000, both show home vision and a copyright date of 1983 on the screen:

There's more to come ...
-
Do you refer to the NTSC T-Handle version or the PAL V-Case version?
-
You mean 10,000? Given that Rom is talking primarily about European releases, and in Europe the decimal point and comma usage in money is switched from what we use here in North America, it is understandable that he wrote ten thousand using the European notation. Right: 10.000 is the accurate number, as most (and the most important) of them are PAL

Ahhhh, R10 label variations, great!

Tschja, dann fliegen die Ösis jetzt wohl raus?!?

Eurocon 2008 Karlsruhe/GERMANY - PICS ADDED!

Hat da auch zufällig jemand einen Rom-Scanner dabei? Dann könnte ich Rom Hunter mal ein paar kleine Gefallen tun ... -
Damn, shipping only within the U.S. I hate it when those gems are not available to overseas bidders.
-
Well, concerning Karate the total number is somewhat unclear, but I think it is four at the moment (so no R10). Concerning Inca Gold, it is not yet finally confirmed to be a Funvision title (this is only assumed because of the label). But anyway, it probably is a PAL R10.

I have seen at least 5 different white carts of Ski Hunt and Sky Alien on epay the last 2-3 years, but just one white Frisco and not one Racing Car.
-
I've adjusted the above according to what I know. Ups, indeed, forgot about that second one for a moment
-
That's what I think (only white cases): Asteroid Fire > 3 Base Attack > 3 Cosmic War > 3 Frisco ? Lilly Adventure ? Panda Chase ? Plate Mania => 3? Parachute = 3 Racing Car ? Repro Cart >> 3 Robot Fight >> 3 Ski Hunt >> 3 Sky Alien >> 3 Tanks War <= 3 Teddy Apple > 3 Tennis > 3 ? Topy ? Wall Break > 3 War 2000 ? World End ? X'Mission ?

I will scan it for you after I have won the auction and added this variation to my Goliath text label variations
-
WARNING: This is PAL too!

I would say Infernal Tower, but Commando Raid and Picnic are also sort of rare. -
2600 Giant List Label, Manual, Box Variations Complete (sort of)
staberinde replied to Philflound's topic in Atari 2600
Hy Phil, I have these two different styles for my red boxed PAL Solaris. My other red boxes have the Atari Logo on the side of the box and a bar code on the bottom. This variation of the Solaris box does not have the logo or the bar code. I think it is missing from your list? Best stab -
Indeed, the seller seems to have more games available than those. I got another "16 games in one" from him, and the same games you have, but the "16 games in one" that you have came in a box with another picture. And I agree that the game cartidges look and feel like being totally new.

So that is the current list then? PLAYAROUND Double Ender (PAL): Beat'em & Eat'em / Lady In Wading: ----------- Pongbeat (complete) yok-dfa (loose) General Retreat / Westward Ho ------------ Ianoid (loose) Marco (boxed) staberinde (loose) Pongbeat (complete) Jungle fever/Knighton town ------------ Dino (CIB) Philly Flasher / Cathouse Blues ------------ Pongbeat (complete) MYSTIQUE Double Ender (PAL): Bachelorette Party/Burning Desire ------------ staberinde (loose) pangasinan (with instructions and Lether box) Bachelor Party/Gigolo ------------ staberinde (loose)

According to this there are 4 copies in the hands of people on this site. And yes, more copies of Karate and Pengo will come up with time, but this most probably holds true for all of the games on your list.
-
Nope. So, what are your criteria then? As far as I can see, there are 3-4 known copies of Funvision Karate T-Handle and about 5-6 of PAL Pengo. On the other hand, I think there are the same or even more copies of say Air Raid, General Re-Treat / Westward Ho or even Ultravision Karate known to exist. Do you assume, more PAL versions will will be found in the future?

"Panda Chase TM - VCS 83105"

Thanks for the info. I was also wondering about this one and had indeed asked the seller about the cart. He claimed it would also be a 2600 one ...
-
Had it on my watchlist, but did already spent so much money this year that I dicided to leave it to the fellow australian collectors. But next time for sure :-)

PAL pirates... finally getting due recognition?
staberinde replied to Spirantho's topic in Atari 2600
Ups, double post.
