I did I am posting any Classic Gaming site I can find to get help anywere I can becuase I try Google and all I get is that FUCKING MEGA DRIVE aka The Genesis and NOTHING ON THE MASTER EVERDRIVE I am Pissed off here I need help big time

I am having trouble with the Master Everdrive v1 OS 09. I am having trouble with loading saves on the drives like phantasy star when I rest its there the save file but when i turn off the system the save is gone can someone help me how to fix it!!!
