  1. ralpmontalv0 won 20 auctions for a total of $440,92... I know, I shipped the games to him... and the $600 included the handling fees I charged, because when doing my calculations I've only removed the shipping cost, so the actual bids are around $580 like you say...
  2. I'm out of things to sell. The same buyer won 20 auctions... overall, my sales amount before eBay/Paypal fees, but after removing the shipping cost, is over $600 Canadian dollars, which is super good, considering I couldn't get a single bid for everything in one auction starting at 249.00... The advice received from other members actually paid off. Thanks!
  3. Auctions are starting to get alive... Seamonster is going up and up... will mostly go over $200... I'll make way more overall with individual auctions... nice...
  4. The worst is the fact that they charge fees on shipping!! Unbelievable... it's like if I'm making money off shipping... and yeah, my rarest game is doing well, the last one who sold in November on eBay was for $170 US dollars... will surely go up as the end nears...
  5. Wow... it gets expensive with eBay and Paypal fees... sold a game through Buy It Now for $20, got $5,43 in fees... over 25%... $4,10 from eBay and $1.33 from Paypal... just wow...
  6. Going slowly to start, but I guess bids will pick up as the end nears... will see, and the free listings promotion runs until December 1st, so still good to relist after this run...
  7. I really filled out every fields... regular parcel for domestic shipping, expresspost for international, calculated shipping, everything... went through it twice to make sure... not everyone is asking quotes, so I suspect it's not doing that for everyone...
  8. I don't know what to say... I did enter all the package information, weight, type, etc... it's weird...
  9. Problem solved, I've revised all my auctions to include "for the Atari 2600" in the titles. Thanks for the feedback!!
  10. Hello everyone, I took the advice of fellow members and divided my original auction into a smaller one without the non working console and auctioned the rare games individually. 11. Then PriceCharting is useless? Most retro game stores I know are pricing their games based on PriceCharting... if people are paying less for more, then sellers are getting screwed over... I'll keep my lot before giving it away to people who doesn't want to pay a fair price, but I guess it's more about no one wants Atari 2600 games anymore... the retro store near me told me that it's no longer selling, and buyers are no longer looking for Atari games and console... It might just go back to the basement to collect dust... no problems... lol
  12. I'll split the package after the listing ends tomorrow if it's not selling... and start smaller...
  13. Thanks! I might actually try that if I don't sell... rarest games by themselves and only the working console with regular games... a bit more troubles, but if it allows selling them...
  14. I know... I was a bit afraid of losing money ($250 is the amount I spent over the last few years on a part of my collection), and didn't want to use a reserve... If it's not selling, I might change my approach and start at $1 with a reserve instead... But I figured that with the value over $1000, it wouldn't be too bad... we'll see...
  15. The auction has ended! Hello everyone, I knew about this site for a while, but never really joined until I had a reason... maybe I should have joined before, but oh well... I decided to sell my Atari 2600 collection after several years, and after a few days up on eBay, I told myself, why not share it with all of you passionate AtariAge members. Please find my eBay auction linked : https://www.ebay.ca/itm/202824086484 If you have questions, I'll keep an eye on this thread just in case and activated the notification alerts... P.S. Trying to make the link to work with the [ebay] code, but seems I'm not successful...
