I'm really not sure, by the look of it compares to the one underneath it looks burnt

I'm new here and need some help. I'm trying to fix my Atari 2600 and don't really have a clue to what I'm doing but need help on where to buy replacement parts when I find what's wrong with my system. I'm not 100%sure but I think the part in the picture is what's wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
