So I bought a new 4050 and replaced it but no luck, still the same issue. Any other suggestions? Thanks! Matt

Hello, I just came into an Atari 800XL a bit ago that was working okay when I first tested it. I just turned it back on and now it has a very dim blue-tinted screen with barely readable text. I’m getting the ready prompt and can still boot disks. I’ve reseated all the socketed chips and tried adjusting the pot on the board which is changing the tint. The video cable did test good on my 1200XL and a C64. What could be the cause of this? Thanks!
