How does the picture compare to that of a light sixer Jetset? Do you have one to compare?
-
Are you sure it's the same as the one listed in the auction? Does it have a picture of Superman on the front label and say Sears above it?
-
It looks like Santa is jumping from rooftop to rooftop in those. Before now I just thought he was just walking in the background from the previous pictures. I can't wait to find out.

I want that one, but I have no Bidpay account. I tried and you need a Visa card. They don't accept Mastercard. Someone better pick it up quick before it's gone.

Thanks for the helpful replies. It all makes sense now. They don't make them like they use to.

Feedback recommendation for a successful failure

"Would have seller's babies.Recommended!" j/k! 977642 http://www.eBayuncensored.com -
Hmmm, I see your point. Both have the same patents on the labels, in fact everything is the same except the lower serial number & color. It'd be nice if someone could confirm if they didn't restart the serial numbers when they switched colors. That way you'd be able to say the lower number came first.

Ghost, they are definitely more rare, but I'll leave it up to the more educated to say how much. All I ever see are 4 switchers made in Taiwan. Nice find!
-
Could be true, especially since one screw was missing underneath. Does anyone know if a heavy sixer fits inside a light's shell?
-
At least offer him $6 each.

Okay I'll start us out this week with my meager score of 50,750. I have a feeling this game is going to be rolled lots before the week is out.

There's a place for everything, and if you're open minded enough you can put everything in it's place. The 360 is just as awesome as the 2600 in different ways. What the 2600 has is games have with a high score factor. You always go back to beat your old high score. The old games in general have a flavour that's been forgotten, but never copied, and never beaten.

I spent a few hours today thoroughly cleaning a light sixer up. One thing I noticed is it's a lot heavier then a 4 switch, and has a plate inside covering the components. Are all the light sixers the same inside as a heavy sixer? I thought I read somewhere that they are the same, and that the term is a misconception.

Crazy Balloon is great, and if I remember correctly you kick ass at Vault Assault.

Cart list ready - check! Internet at optimal - check! Coffee brewed for duration of wait - check! Unlimited funds for all the homebrews wanted - ummmm.... who cares?? Bring them on!!!

CincYnoTi would you mind to post a picture of the box? Just for curiosity’s sake. I've never seen one and there isn't a photo in the database.

That is strange. I wonder why it's not there? You can still view it here: Tapper

My finger hovered in the air for a while waiting to click the mouse on that one. In the end I made myself say no, and I'll wait and put that money towards a better copy. Still it was only twenty bucks... -
As far as I know there is no difference. All the carts that I have from this lot are NTSC. 977168 That's a sweet lot then!

So what game(s) got you into gaming
Omegamatrix replied to ninjarabbit's topic in Classic Console Discussion
My Cousin had a bunch of games for his 2600. I remember playing Asteroids, Pitfall!, Jungle Hunt, Pole Position, Fast Food, Pac-Man, And Yars' Revenge to name a few. It was Venture for the Colecovision though that got me in to gaming. I played it for days after my brother and I got it for Christmas. To be fair though I didn't play many games after the crash until I saw Super Mario Bros over at a friends house. Super Mario Bros really started me back into video games bigtime. -
There's some good stuff in there. Is there any difference between NTSC and Pal boxes for Xenophobe, Ikari Warriors, and Motorodeo? I could use the box for Xenophobe.

That's a good score! I bought mine off eBay in the same condition for about $19 and I was very happy to get it that cheap. $2.00 geez, I got to start going to flea markets.

I don't think I'd ever use something like WD40. The smell is too harsh, and it's too runny and greasy. I couldn't stand that getting all over my carts and in my machine. But there's always ArmourAll!

Small update in case I don't have anymore time. New score 78,550. Edit: New score 87,200

Yes, non-locking sliding like a Track & Field Cart.
