1. Slight improvement: 84,460. Wish I had more time to play this week. I really like Dig Dug.
2. I wouldn't give up my Colecovision for anything. It was a short lived system due to the crash, but has lots of good arcade ports. My intellivision however I gave to a friend for his birthday. IMHO the Colecovision has aged better of the two.
3. Nothing says Christmas quite like a pig who thinks he's a mouse.
4. jay2068 is just too damn fast for anyone. Good score!
5. I would like to add to the seller that people are buying your items because it has value to them. You should respect that, and pack them accordingly so that they don't get destroyed in transit. Anything less is unacceptable and certainly disrespectful. You would be upset if someone did that to you, right?
6. Gotta love Christmas sales! Puts a few more pieces in my collection.
7. Yep, I'll be breaking out the wallet soon to get some of the homebrews I've been wanting. The new multicart looks fantastic, as well as Swoops!. I've also been wanting to get a copy of Fall Down for a little while. Now will be a good time to pick them up with the Christmas Cart. I missed out on the first two cause I wasn't collecting back then, but I'm sure not passing on this one!
8. Is there any possible way to build a blocked sellers list on eBay? Why? Because I watch lots of auctions and bid sometimes half asleep from working graveyards. I'm always fearful of bidding on a bad sellers auction... again!
9. It's hard to pick a single game. Mine keep changing all the time. For now I'll say Jr. Pac-Man. I'll throw that one out there.
10. All I have to say Mendon is that the way the price of Gas is going up it might be equal to the twenty bucks for shipping there and back very soon lol. Any decent seller wouldn't have packed a box that poorly to begin with, and it is shameful that this seller decided to do that. This whole situation could have been avoided for about the same amount of money and time just to find a bigger box and some packing materials.
11. I think this thread is possessed. 970599 I havent noticed until now & I am a big fan of the 666 timestamp gags 970601 I didn't see the message until I renounced my religion. Yep it's there. You just have to sell your soul... AtariPitbull what have you done?
12. I give up. There's nothing there.
13. I guess it's about how you certain you feel about whether the shrinkwrap is original or new. Is it offered from a powerseller on eBay whom you don't know, or some granny cleaning out her closet after twenty years? It's just too easy to fake shrinkwrap, and even if it's real I've seen shrinkwrap crush boxes over time. Make no mistake I'd love to have a complete shrinkwrapped collection of every atari 2600 game, but for me the real deal is a nice minty loose cart. I've bought a shrinkwrapped Activision game before, and cut it open because the shrinkwrap was crushing the box. I found the cart to be untouched, but actiplaqued (slightly) none the less. I realized then that there's no guarantee that the cart inside will ever be in good shape. To me when you do find a mint cart loose it's worth it's weight in gold (at least for activision). Combine that with a nice box and instructions and you're set. Otherwise it's like Russian Roulette trying to guess what you got, and in some cases you might even have PAL carts.
14. $100 seems very high for me, but hey, post some pictures and let's see the condition of the stuff you got. Would you be willing to break the lot up to sell the carts individually? I'm always looking for minty Activision carts, but I'm not really interested in buying big lots to get just one or two carts.... *yet*.
15. I finished Dragon Warrior at least twice that I remember. There's no way I could do that today, because the leveling up took so damn long. However I feel it is a worthy game to convert, and might even be better on the 2600. Why? The progression aspect can be retained & improved, and the knowledge that a system is being pushed graphically to its max makes it all the sweeter for me (even if the graphics are not nearly as good as they are on other systems). I just enjoy it more.
16. Hey this is a good thread! I consider a classic game beaten when you roll the score, or achive a perfect score (such as in Pitfall!). Needless to say I've never beaten a classic game.
17. Yep, I don't get it. No attachments, and nothing to look at. Must be an inside joke about there being nothing there? Must be rare...
18. The winner looks like a serious collector. I did a search by bidder and he's got a bids on ten other factory sealed games from various sellers. Three of them are already over $150, and a fourth over $250. I'd say it's worth it to him, but I'm with you davespec. I'm quite happy with my loose Contra that I picked up for $2.
19. No, I don't have it or any other CCE carts. Is this game rare sku_u? I had it in my head that the CCE games weren't that hard to get Are any of the other CCE games besides Stone Age original? (IIRC Stone Age is original).

21. Yep. This is a good read. He was so happy that he scored the R9 cart, and then he found something even better in the lot! http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?s...=75023&hl=score
22. I'm in the 201-500 range. With some recent additions today I'm just over 200 unique Atari 2600 games alone. I'd rather not talk about all the doubles The rest: Colecovision - 30 Nes - 16 Snes - 4 PS1 - 11 PS2 - 2 GC - 4
