  1. Exciting seeing all these different conversions. Just wanted to mention there's a black line that seems to have crept into this conversion - going from the tip of the last E in LEE and going to his neck.
  2. I'm the one who did the original intro screen! I'm perfectly fine with you doing a conversion, and very happy for the loader image to be a part of the conversion
  3. Not sure what you mean by that. Joe is just using an uncommon dithering technique in the C64 bitmap mode. If you open up this site, and select "Fire (2011) by Joe" in the image drop-down menu you can take a closer look at the image. https://www.colodore.com/
  4. I always adjusted my Commodore monitor to compensate for the C64's somewhat earthy tones. If you boost the contrast and saturation just a bit on the Commodore 1084s, the C64 will look pretty incredible
  5. Hi everyone, I'm just dropping by to say hello. I'm the guy doing the intro image. I love how the game is shaping up, and I'm super-proud to be a part of it. Cheers!
  6. If anyone would like to make an old Zak fan happy, I'd love to own a copy of the game! It was the first adventure I played, and has a very special place in my heart. Didn't get much of the jokes though, since I was only 12 at the time :)
  7. Hi, I am looking for any of these games in nice, complete condition, preferably for the C64, but the Amiga will also do. I was a big fan of these games as a kid, but the prices on eBay are just crazy... Hoping someone here have a copy they don't need any longer Cheers!
