Almost beat my high at the buzzer, but I think I jinxed myself. It's crazy just how many more points you get for finishing with higher percentages. Fun game!

If you did it by accident, it gives me hope it can be replicated Before level 5, I always springboarded onto the platform, and I didn't try to rush things (that usually resulted in death). 5 and later, I had to completely change my bottom half of the level strategy. In fact, the egg even drops differently from 5 to 6. I really liked that the screens made you change up your patterns with higher levels, it kept things fresh. I was always pushing to get to the next level b/c I wanted to see what things were different.

Baseball really frustrated me tonight. SO SLOW. I don't know how you did it asponge. Golf on the other hand, I'm gettin' better at. And I started taking notes Golf +4

I haven't been able to do it when the distance is shortened starting 5-2. Now that the stakes are gone, I might mess around some more.

I want to say, "I can do better," but I can only muster, "Do I want to?" 10-0 Tortured myself with a few minutes of Baseball, but when I had bases loaded, deep fly ball, and my runner on 2nd ran to 1st... I had to bench him.

As far as I know, they can only get you if you’re on the end turtle which they would hit. Of course, I wouldn’t put it past a glitch to prove us otherwise...

That's specific to skill 1 & 2 of this version (at least according to the manual). It's the only version I know of that allows for that. Pretty cool to change things up.

💯 Purposefully using the gauge outside of the "max" is where the real skill comes in. It's also very satisfying when you get a feel for the right club to use.

That's a lot of runs in Baseball! In real life and NES! I want to do better at that game, it's just so painful to get through. Nice job! I saw the same scores the other night from your HSC database (nice job with that btw!) I agree, those guys were insane. I don't know if I'll get below par, but I'd like to beat the title screen, which I'm tied with atm. I have a lot of fun with it, but since it's so long, there's a lot of opportunities to screw everything up at the end. So long as it stays fun for me and not frustrating, I'm game. As a personal challenge, I can see myself continuing with Golf after this season. I've been using that FAQ for guidance, but I need to make notes for adjustments that I've been making. I'm not into golf enough to check out other games, just yet, so my NES patience level is high for it, lol. Baseball...not so much.

Floated off the screen on a turtle and came back floating on nothing... also game went to blue then green (1st level, then 2nd level). At least it wasn’t that far in 🙄
