    That's why I usually play fewer rounds since the last 10+ rounds will likely be max score and therefore irrelevant.  You'd do about the same amount of actual strategy in a 20/45 game as you would in a 30/45, which is why we used to settle on 15/40 as a fun quick 10 minute game.  Maybe a hint for next season since there seems to be much interest in Utopia this time around...  🙂

    Perhaps overall less hit, but when they do, they make up for infrequency with severity and usually plow straight south through the bulk of the left island. 

     

    Speaking of hurricanes, the tension and drama of a hurricane that sits half off the bottom of the screen is just epic, especially in a 2 player game. Hats off to the developer and the 'nudge' code creating such awesome weather outcomes.

    Yes, I meant 45 secs goes quick with the Utopia cursor slowly navigating. Games should complete around 27 mins. I think?

    Yes, the fun of playing 45s turns (or faster) is you really have to decide what to do. Fish or build, and don't get too far from your island if you can avoid it. That cursor speed is a killer!
