the metal shaft of the joystick you need to hold with vise grips and then pull like hell on the plastic topper. It takes some convincing but it does come off without damaging it in anyway, it's just a nice tight fit.

I think that's a bit harsh. In it's current state the game is rather hard and not the best game out there, but it's still got some fun in it. However I think when the game is FINALLY released people are going to be in for a bit of a let down unless someone fixes it up a bit first. Tempest Well here is hoping the programing to fix it up still does happen. None the less this thing is gonna sell like mad just do to hype.

The big clam shells are too much for my likes. If I was gonna go that route might as well have the game CIB. I was thinking something more of a nicer fit for just a cart and enough room to put it in and out with ease.

IMO, the Wii is leaps and bounds better than both the crashbox 360 and the blueray player that supports gaming.
