Just got home from a vacation at Hocking Hills state park in Ohio, lots of hiking. Great scenery. I did not like driving on the roller coaster road ways though, some of it was terrifying, especially with the locals who get annoyed if you go too slow!

My dog wouldn't eat a piece of bologna I offered her as a treat, turned up her nose, until I dredged it in the leftover sauce from a can of Chef Boyardee Beef Raviolis I made for my disabled BIL who lives with us.  I chopped it up in the pan and let it soak up that awesome sauce.  She devoured the bologna.  Chef Boiardi was a real chef from Italy who immigrated to the USA in 1915 and opened his own restaurant.  His customers loved his sauce so much that he started bottling it for sale for them to take home.  I've only tried the ravioli, but they also make spaghetti and meatballs and also just the sauce alone.

BIL loves it.  I shake a little romano and parmesan cheese on top to kick it up a notch.  Small salad to go with it. 

Never played a Dragon Quest game before, but played about three hours of Dragon Quest V last night (translated ROM).  Named my character "Dumbass".  Made myself laugh several times.  Gotta do that more often...

Gotta love the rapidly increasing popularity of EMULATORS. They're everywhere and becoming the play method of choice as time goes on. This Stella-Thon thing proves that!

I used a public payphone today  because I forgot my smartphone at home. I remember times growing up in NYC that you would see waiting lines for them and occasional arguments on who was next to make a call. Now you're lucky to find one and seeing anyone near it.

Hey everyone, need some advice. I have a Kaboom! cart that I recently acquired and it is not working. Black screen with slight static. I've tried reseating the cartridge in the system to clear up oxidation and cleaning the cart PCB tips with 91% isopropyl alcohol with a q-tip. Still no avail. What is the next thing I should do?
