  1. I modified my STL file a little to include a hole for a RCA plug (for audio). https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4730986 I also completed my DVI/RCA to SCART cable to feed into my Sony PVM - works great! Atari_5200_Access_Door_DVI_and_RCA_Sophia_2.stl
  2. Posted it again up to Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4730986
  3. Strange - it seems to still be rendering - here is the STL file. Matt Atari 5200 Access Door DVI port (Sophia 2).stl
  4. Hi Folks - just some updates on getting my Atari 5200 to work. First off - my buddy created a STL file for me to print to replace the access door on the back so that i could easily mount the DVI port. Then i ordered some parts to make a test DVI/I - SCART cable so I could run it into my PVM. To my surprise, the first time I turned it on, voila - an amazingly crisp beautiful picture came up! Since the angle is downwards I think I will get a DVI extension cable and then wire up the DVI/I breakout board to the SCART with a small amount wire (almost like an adapter) since the DVI extension is what will get me my distance. Next step is to get audio out of the board to send it to an RCA jack on the back, and wire that into SCART connector for sound. You have to (at least on mine) work a little hard to get the back access panel off, and this new one you have to push pretty hard to get it to snap in, but then it's there and not moving! 5. As @Dinadan67 said above - there is, and I do have one. If someone wants to write a .a52 program - I can load it up and try it. Matt
  6. Ok - so with just the Atari 5200 - its only going to output RGBs? That is actually fine for me - I just need to make a DVI-I to SCART cable.
  7. And what are the default values? I found a DVI-VGA adapter and tried it - but nothing came out. So not sure what the initial values are. Since I am using an atari 5200 - I am not sure that I have the means to adjust the values? Matt
  8. Got my Sophia 2 today - got it installed in my Atari 5200 - truly plug and play! Not very sure yet where/how I will mount the DVI port. The RF-out still works, so I know the Sophia2 is functioning, but what I can't test right now is SCART input (RGBs) - I want to use this on a CRT, so need a breakout cable that takes the Analog RGBs from the DVI port and wired into a SCART port on my switcher. I emailed retro-access and asked them if they were going to make a cable, but I haven't heard back from them yet. For others who are going to use this on a 5200/CRT - what are your plans? Matt
  9. I have the same use case as @aleomark. I have an Atari 5200 that I want to output to a SCART switcher that goes into my PVM. I see the pinouts from the DVI connector to the SCART standard. Was curious if anyone is making these, or if I have to get the connectors and wire it up myself. Thanks! Matt
  10. Cool - I need one for my 5200 - looks like this current batch isn't for it. And I am page 5 - so will be patient and wait for the PM!
  11. Just got some time to install my Coleco board I got from Mobius Strip (https://mobiusstriptechnologies.com/product/colecovision-rgb-board/) Easy install - got everything put all back together - works PERFECTLY! So much cleaner - i love it! Thanks all for this amazing community collaboration. Matt
  12. Excellent!!! now I need to get an 8 or 9 pin DIN with breakout board.
  13. Good to know - I see the link for Moebius - I will keep an eye there! Matt
  14. I keep checking back weekly to see if @Falonn has his ready to order yet!
  15. Awesome - I am for sure in for 2 as well! Matt
  16. Also sad - would love one of these for my intellivision I just got up and running again! Matt
