  1. Ok then, however as you have said previously you can just friggin destroy these crazy bouncing white planets -so is targeting & destroying these white planets just as effective as trying to keep them-a-bouncin' around? Are there any plusses to reflecting them over destroying them or are both techniques the same in trying to stay alive and less importantly in points given? That depends on what your objective is. Do you want points, or do you want to progress further into the game?
  2. Continue all you want, the mad icons will tell us how many times you are continuing.
  3. True, but even Breakout would have a player card explaining that the bouncing ball would destroy the bricks... Apparently the key side effect of not letting the planets off the bottom of the playfield is not dying. Again a simple 'you should bounce the planets off your paddle, even though they don't have any other effect on the playfield' sort of thing in the manual would have been nice. So far I'm finding the game to be pretty entertaining. However all too often the planet bouncing seems to just serve as an unnecessary distraction. The first boss fight is manic and fun, until the cheapo instadeath feature is unleashed on you. Still at least you don't have to contend with the bouncing planets for no reason mechanic there. You are not paying attention! Listen up! If you let a planet go passed the paddle, your paddle life will deteriorate. After 4 or 5 passes, you loose your life. So don't let the planets pass.
  4. Nope, you can continue forever, or until you beat the game! <--- Ha! good luck with that.
  5. "Strong is Vader MadBodies. Mind what you have learned. Save you it can."
  6. This was done on purpose. The first level is easy enough to explore the consequences of the enemies, after that you really shouldn't lose any health until the first boss.
  7. I demands...I say I demands satifaction suh!!! Maybe Al can correct that. Yes, I can--what was your role in this project? ..Al Master complainer.
  8. Right here on this site!
  9. Oh oh!, Don't piss off the GMan, he'll put you in a video game, and I'll be stuck making it work on the jag.
  10. Not quite the same comparison, as a copy leaves the original intact, siphon of does not. You can, of course, copy some petrol out of my petrol tank. Now, Sergi has the original, and offers downloads, I presume? Ok, just so I'm following you, Its ok to steal, sometimes?
  11. How about I siphon a gallon of gas out of your car every night. Its got to be ok since you never said I couldn't. I'll stop only if/when you ask me to.
  12. I use Vista Basic, all the jag tools work fine. XP is a no go for jag tools.
  13. You can upgrade it to 6MB!! But good luck finding the custom simm modules they used. It was designed when 8-bit scsi controllers where the only thing on the market for pcs.Did you get a SCSI controller with it? Mine came with a controller so I never tried a different one.
  14. & Jeff Minter's VLM, VidGrid, Blue Lightning & a MYST demo. It's still early, once our more hardcore Jagfans come forward you'll see many reasons why it's a decent purchase. 1. Hover Strike: Unconquered Lands 2. BattleMorph 3. Iron Soldier 2 4. World Tour Racing 5. Myst (available on several systems but it's the only vers. I have!) IS2 in surround sound! The CD unit is worth it for the VLM alone.
  15. humm,is that the same for Raiden too! Yes, Raiden, Power Drive Ralley, Brutal Sports Football, Cybermorph as well.
  16. Its not whether its black or gray, but rather if its J9001 or J9001E

  18. P.S. : Another pm for NOT supporting piracy today. Oops, did I forget to post something?
  19. Besides the diagnostics carts, were there other carts made for the TT? Is there a list somewhere?
