Got my regular edition today since special was sold out. Looks pretty good and plays well also. Since I have not played this game since the arcade days in the early 80's, I can't really say if it's an exact port. I do not recall that the explosion from any enemy destroys your ship as well when you shoot it down. However, it's sure fun to play. It sound like the digitized voice is coming over the right channel only but since the game was back in the 80's I do not think it was ever stereo right? Needless to say, I like it. Can't wait for the Pluz and 2000 versions. Activision gets my vote. The 2600 became much more enjoyable once they started releasing title. LaserBlast rules!!!

There was always a surcharge for anything purchased from Telegames which had nothing to do with the price or shipping. This sometimes made a $10 game 50% more expensive.

B&C Aircars is the same as ICD Aircars. The KA version is different.

If you don't have 16 BS carts, then you haven't truely experienced the awesomeness of the game!!

You under powered the specs for the GPU and over powered them for the DSP... The GPU has native instructions for reading and writing 64-bit data on the bus. The DSP is 32 bits internally, but only 16 bit access to the bus.
