    Hi Chopsus ,

Thanks for following up. We're already investigating this campaign's activities on our platform to ensure compliance with our Terms of Use. As previously communicated however, due to our Privacy Policy we're unable to share the action we take.

Perks are offers made and managed solely by campaigners. Indiegogo does not guarantee that campaigns will succeed or that perks will be delivered. However, campaigners are expected to be communicative and responsive to their backers. We recommend reaching out to the campaigner if you have urgent questions or concerns about the status of your perk.

To help facilitate communication, here is the campaigner’s contact information:

    Campaign Owner's Name: Michael Arzt
    Campaign Owner's Email: [email protected]

    Thank you for your understanding.

  2. I’d love to proved wrong, but I believe they have used backers funds as seed money to pay wages (remembering they didn’t pay Tin Giant) and startup all their other ridiculous projects ... all in the hope that they will be able to chase enough $s to bring it all together ... a lot of their delaying is exactly that ... hoping they can talk shit long enough to fund the 10,000 units ... I don’t believe they have the funds to do it all in one go, hence the freebie units to potential investors etc.  All IMHO of course.

  3. So, will they use a verdict against them as an excuse to delay the VCS further?

I really wish IGG would simply shut it down and put backers out of their misery.

    the New ATARI are ATAssoles!

I can't wait to sell mine on Ebay.

Thinking the same ... the way ATARI operates I am pretty sure I want nothing to do with them long term.  I actually think we are going to see a scandal of DeLorean proportions out of their crypto coin and casino

Who me? I’m resigned to getting a doorstop of useless tech by the time we get it ... that’s why I’ve decided to get my jollies out of poking them on a routine basis.

  6. P.S. Atari could easily meet their obligations if thrown off IGG.  They have moved order fulfillment to BackerKit and their updates all appear elsewhere before appearing on IGG ... TBH they have been ignoring backers via IGG for a long time and only doing the bare minimum to comply with Kickstarters Rules.

it may be part if the next round of delays - being kicked off IGG and blaming “ the haters”

I wonder what would happen to your posts if you typed in null-console or empty set-console.

I tried null-console and the high-school intern deleted it.

humorously, Don’s Un-Console has now been tolerated ... there is definitely an issue with consistency in moderation... I think it comes down to the Intern’s own bias LOL

  8. This is curious,

I have been locked out of commenting on IGG again, so I lodged a complaint. Here is their response:

    Hi Chopsus,

Thank you for checking in about this campaign. At this time, the campaign, ‘Atari VCS: Game, Stream, Connect Like Never Before’, is under review to ensure that it adheres to our Terms of Use.

So what happens now? We will include the information you have provided along with all other information at our disposal in our review of the campaign. In some cases, we will contact the campaign owner for more information or have them edit their campaign and it will remain on our platform. If we find the project or campaign owner doesn't follow our rules, we may remove the campaign. We may also restrict the campaign owner's future activities on Indiegogo.

To protect our users' privacy, we're unable to share the action we take. At Indiegogo, we take the trust and safety of our community very seriously and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this review process.

Haven't checked in on the dumpster fire lately. This charade still going on? Covid to blame now i guess?

Nothing, nada, zip ... I actually think F-Artari has nothing and their desperate shilling of crypto crap is a last ditch effort to cover up for that.

I'll be happy when I get me some cryptocurrency. Atari Tokens are the future. Everyone will be using them by 2049.

Stoopid ain’t it? I seriously have trouble understanding how gullible some of these mooks are ... the only possible advantage I can see is in money laundering and I seriously think ATARI are OK with that ... they are going to end up with criminal interests up their backsides and federal tax authorities looking down their frontsides .... can anyone say DeLorean?

  11. Serious Stockholm Syndrome on IGG ... anyone who utters reality is declared a heretic LOL

ATARI Intern tells people not to be a Jerk ... what, like taking someone’s money and refusing to update them?  Who’s the bigger jerk dickhead LOL

    Thanks @The Historian

Sounds like KV did okay then. Market price for that stock is about $0.20 a share lately.

I can't shake the feeling that this is a financial shell game, but I don't understand how anyone gets any long term gains from it.

Many of these Crowd Funded Cons are simply about keeping it going while they draw down a salary against the funds obtained ... they never intend to produce, it’s about running the con long enough to empty the coffers .... any excuse to extend it, or find more “suckers” is happily embraced and presented as progress.

this stuff is way easier than a Ponzi Scheme because they don’t even need to pretend the pot is growing AND “Suckers” are hostages to the scheme, they can’t leave, even if they wanted to.

  13. If F1 JV doesn’t care, then why is he reading this forum .... it wasn’t for his emotionally charged rants, I never would have known this forum and thread existed.

I’m glad I joined as  there is a noticeably elevated discussion here about the VCS compared to IndieNoNo

Maybe they have blocked me. I haven't checked in a bit. But our beloved Biff, I'm assuming that is him, should certainly be blocked if anyone should be.

I don’t think you are as it was your last post that alerted me to being locked out, I had tried either side of you posting.

Biff and Jesse Scrotums are both developmentally delayed.

  15. A series of emails to IndieNoNo staff and I am magically allowed to post again ... quite curious.

i think the ATARI Intern really does have no idea about PR and Corporate Communication ... fail to address negative comments, or worse openly deleting them, can only make things worse in the long run.

That ^ is assuming things CAN get better for ATARI.

You were "Chopsus Maximus," I presume? I remember you, asking some tough questions as if "Atari" would answer.

Taking $300 for the promise of delivering something in 6 months but taking more like 3 years? NO PROBLEM

Getting a little salty when asking about it in a public place? BURN THE WITCH

Yep, I’m done with all crowd funding, it is all a con.

that ATARI refuse to communicate with me via any method demonstrates their absolute distain for those who backed them ... their attitude toward backers alone would spell their downfall with no customer loyalty ... even before their bankrupt operational performance.

  17. Well it seems ATARI has managed to block me from posting on IndieNoNo

to be expected I guess given they blocked me on their FB site 3 months ago.

Curious that you can still post Don Taco?

Not being able to post a question in a campaign I have paid quite a bit for seems a denial of natural justice.
