    An SIO2PC/USB device is a less expensive option, but it requires a USB connection to a PC/laptop running device emulation software(RespeQT is recommended).

    As someone that has recently got back into Atari 8-bit ,I can't recommend the Sdrive-Max enough.  It's not hard to use and you can find whatever you want to put on it on the interwebs.

    Question for you. Where did you get your SDrive-Max?  I got mine from vintage computers and was wondering if that is the one to use before trying them all. Thanks
