Sorry, I don't have a way to ship anything at this time, that's why it's free for local pickup.
  3. Gone Working Retron 77, did some slight cosmetic changes to it. Also games and manuals. 2 Ranger controllers included. Also including a Complete in box (Minus the SD card) Raspberry Pi 400 Local pickup only in Overland Park KS area. Been awhile since I did one of these.
  4. I like Dos Navigator, lots of options and free (The best price ever) https://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/dn/
  5. I'm using Winbox for 86Box, updates latest build automatically.
  6. Have been playing around with 86Box for awhile now, and decided to set up my original 4 PCs I owned from 84 to 98. Decided to go with everything original. An XT Clone with CGA Amber graphics, 40MB HDD (Was 10, but after not parking it and then moving the PC had to get a new drive). 640K of ram and PC Speaker. Had this PC for 7 years then upgraded in 91 Next up was a 386DX 40 with VGA and 8MB of ram and original Soundblaster. Had this PC from 91 to 96 Next up was a 486DX4/100 with 32MB of ram Running Win95 SVGA and SB Pro Had this PC from 96 to 98 Last one was a Cyrix 166MHZ with SVGA, Voodoo1, SB AWE32, 128MB RAM. Running Windows 98. Had this one from 98 to 2000 Thought it was kind of fun to go back and recreate these PCs again in software. I'd probably never own any of them again. And with all the games I have over 40 years of games installed across all these and my main PC they are installed on. Just thought I'd share my trip down memory lane.
  7. https://github.com/Swordfish90/cool-retro-term This will emulate the classic terminal look in modern OSes.
  8. IMac G3. Picked it up for around 50 dollars back in 2008, got OS9 and OSX Tiger for it. Set everything up in dual boot. Had the graphite color so se the color scheme to match in OS. Then just sat there thinking "what now?". This is definatly a style over substance computer. Every other computer I owned I could find something to do with. But this one was just useless. Wound up giving it away. Around the same time I was handed a 100MHZ pentium that was over twice as old and had too many options on that one. Think if I picked up an Apple II I would have found more to do on it. Sorry to all the fans of these computers. I seriously wonder though if anyone uses them. Lots of videos on YouTube of people working on Macs and talking about how great they are. But honestly never see them actually use them for anything? Maybe I'm just watching the wrong videos.
  9. https://money.cnn.com/1998/10/07/technology/packardbell/ The lawsuit against Packard Bell that they settled didn't help their name much.
  10. I gave away a better system that the ones listed for outrageous amounts.
  11. Got it, system is yours. Congratulations
  12. Sorry, I have no way to ship this. That is why I'm giving it away. Thank you.

  16. That is what happens when you need money right away. I sold that game along with several others and controllers and got half of what you paid for that game.
  17. It's a couple of brackets from Amazon and those picture hangers. Works great
  18. I'm glad they went to someone here.
  19. Yes it did, and getting to play all the new games, those were the days, miss that old 8088 though.
  20. For me it was when I finally saved enough money to upgrade my 8088 in 91. Bought a Computer Shopper, picked out all the parts I needed, went with a 386 DX/40 1 Meg of Ram (I think) and a new case. The rest I transferred over from my 8088, had VGA, Soundblaster 1.0, 40 Meg RLL Harddrive, and something else I can't remember. Got all the parts in, put it all together and turned on first time I tried it, was booting back into DOS (Unlike if you transferred a hard drive to a new machine today) and was back playing all my games, plus some new ones I had got that didn't run on the 8088. Was an amazing time, and so glad that everything just worked.
  21. Here is my setups. The 800XL and the 2600 share a 32" flat screen TV I bought brand new for $50. Found the 800XL when I was in a local used game store when I was looking for 2600 games. First one I've ever seen in the flesh. Also have an Uno Cart and around 10 games for it. Bought it before everything went to hell. So far enjoying it.
