  1. ok my querry of the day is is it possible to make DIY Jag CD games on a 'PC' using them on a jag CD. borrowing games from other platforms or 'pc's how incradibly difficult is it to 'convert' them?

does the bypass cart make this easier, i would think?...

    any links or info?

also thinking of the 'optimation' mentioned on like 2 games on the Jag.. what does it entail??

i would like to see the best possible game on the Jag using all possible power a stress test of sorts not really the best game senareo/story, also real nice, but the best possible game on a Jag CD showing what it can really do

are we all properly confused yet??

i feel that to make such a game it will have to be scratch made and how obsessed i am is stil up for debate...

  2. actually i see it as business ibm tells its stockholders it has a 5 million dolar contract (ttl money upon completion) telling and to the IRS a payment recieved of 100,000 and devolpment and production costs of say 98000 ~120000 showing little to no profit

and atari can say to its stockholders we only have 100,000(this year) in dept service and projected sales of ump-teen zillion (by the end of the world)

when dealing with business or goverment you have to surpress or discard logic completely

  3. well i might as well open my big mouth LMFAO

as for the controller.. i always thought it was the 'out of place' piece until i used it...

in fact my wee brother(12yo),i have bought him the ps2 and N64(but i own niether) was here the other week and he noticed the sllek black console sitting in the middle of the floor(so the controller will reach my recliner).. he made a comment to the size of the controllers . but even 12yo hands were quite nimble on it so functionability prevails and i would like to see a matching 'jaguar' in red but i have paint

as for the 64-bit argument.. i recall seeing the complete tech specs and i noticed of the 5 or what ever processors at least 2 were individually labeled 64-bit data stream width wilst most were labeled 32-bit

i have my doubts about the whole 2x 32 bit as i count its was 2x64 bit and 3x 32 bit.. what am i missing

as for 'golden age' as far as sales and market share the 2600 was king, technology, even though the block-tastic 2600 was amazing in its day, the jag was a huge leap was taken..although not able for many reasons not able to reach all

think Atari Phoenix for the next atari console with the game creation not based on "we can only sell to NEC", but now they are very much cross platform to get every consumer. conmmon they COULD do it. even though

  4. what??? wher can I??? how???

    SweeeeeeeeT

Well I went up in the attic and my memory was faulty Theres 10 boxed Jags and 4 loose ones, I enclose a pic of my JagJoybox which allows you to use a joystick on the jag for Blue Lightning, as you still have the pad overlay buttons on the adaptor box I guess it would work with any flying type shootemup.
