  1. I contacted Davpa on Discord, and he said he has already contacted Digital Eclipse and made them aware of it. He said he hasn't received any feedback from them yet, but he's going to keep pushing for it.
  2. I recently posted a thread here (https://forums.atariage.com/topic/358916-system-volume-is-low-on-the-vcs-how-can-i-make-it-louder/) regarding the VCS system volume. I wanted to know if there was a way we could increase the system volume because every time I play Atari 50, the game audio is very low, and I have to turn my TV volume up very high in order to here it better. In the thread posted, a couple of people mentioned that they have the same problem whenever they play Atari 50 only. Same goes for me. Whenever I play Skinny & Franko, the game audio is perfect. I don't have to turn my TV volume up way high to hear it better. Atari 50 is the only game where I'm having that issue. I'm glad to see it's not just me. It's everyone else too. Therefore, it's an audio problem for that game only. How can we request for the developers of Atari 50 to increase the volume of the game audio? Could we possibly get them to do an update so the audio can be fixed???
  3. Ooookay...so THAT'S what it is. I noticed that when I play "Skinny & Franko" on the VCS, the volume isn't near as low as it is on Atari 50. I was streaming a few games from Atari 50 on Twitch and a couple of my viewers said that the volume was very low. So when I viewed my stream video for myself, I could barely hear the game. So it's definitely Atari 50 and not the other games. I wonder if there will be an update to increase the volume if they've been notified about it already.
  4. I've been playing the Atari 50 compilation on the VCS (I'm loving it by the way). The system volume is very low than what I'm used to on other consoles that I play. Is there any way that I can make the system volume louder?
  5. Yes I did. I re-flashed with 3 different OS images with Ethernet connected just to see if maybe that would help either of them work. It worked for none of them. The latest OS image from March 2022 is the one that has me stuck in the endless update/restart loop. I connected via Ethernet and it's STILL doing it. I don't know what else to do. It's so frustrating.
  6. So I purchased an Ethernet cable and connected to the internet via Ethernet when booting up the VCS. It still didn't work for me. I'm still stuck in this endless update/restart loop. I was really banking on the Ethernet cable working for me since it seems like that was my last resort. I don't know what else to do. I've tried 3 different Atari OS images and they each have a differnt problem. What else could I possibly try?
  7. I'm still having the same issue. I'm the author of this post and I have yet to reach a solution. This is extremely frustrating. I've tried what some people have recommended, and I've flashed the console with 3 different OS image updates. There's a problem with each OS image flash I've tried. The old OS image recovery update from December 2020 doesn't work. I can connect to the internet and get past the initial updates, but it won't let me log into my account or create a new account. The OS image update from November 2021 connects to the internet and gets past the initial updates, but it won't let me do anything unless I enter PIN, which I've never had to log in with a PIN before. I've never created one. The latest & most recent OS image update from March 2022 is now the one that's making us get stuck in this endless "update loop". It keeps restarting, updating the 4/4 updates, then restarts again. After choosing the internet connection, it continues to put us through this updating & restarting cycle over & over. This is RIDICULOUS. I even tried connecting to the internet via Ethernet instead of WIFI because some people have said that the Ethernet connection worked when booting with that connection, but it didn't work for me. Atari VCS support doesn't know what else I can do. I've been told that they are aware of the situation because they have gotten reports of this situation from other customers and they currently have engineers working on a solution. Does anyone know what else I can do at this point??? I just want to play my VCS with no issues. I've never had these problems with a console before ever. Please help.
  8. I've flashed it several times and I'm still stuck in an update loop. Is there anything at all I can do to get this to work? I'm so frustrated.
  9. I can buy an Ethernet cable today or tomorrow if that will work. So do I need to stay connected via Ethernet all the time while using the VCS, or do I need the Ethernet connection just to get past the update loop?
  10. Were you able to resolve this problem yet? I’m having the same exact problem and don’t know what to do.
  11. This is exactly the issue I'm having right now. I posted a thread about it a few days ago. So are you saying that all I need to do is flash again, then connect via Ethernet instead of WiFi?
  12. I used the Atari OS image that a tech support rep sent me with the latest update from March. I used Rufus to do it on my USB stick as the instructions directed me to.
  13. I've attached a photo of the screen I keep getting after my VCS restarts. I flashed my VCS with the latest update, but when it gets to the blue update screen, it installs the available updates, restarts the system, then does it all over again. It's a never-ending cycle. How can I make this stop? This is ridiculous. I can't get past the updates. Anyone else had this problem??
