  1. Ye, all of my other carts work just fine. Only the Artillery Duel Videocade doesn't show up in the list of games.
  2. That is what I was curious about, I suppose Allen chiming in telling us that this Videocade is prone to failure. Bummer, I will have to find myself another copy, preferably one that works.
  3. Ok, thanks Adam. I submitted a request to join the group. c***********rt@yahoo.com
  4. So, I have recently acquired 2 copies of Artillery Duel from 2 separate lots. Unfortunately, both copies do exactly the same thing. Once the cart is inserted into my console and I hit the reset button, the title does not appear in the list of games. Does this videocade notoriously fail or did I just get really unlucky with both of these copies? I have leaned the contacts on the videocade, but still no change. Has anyone successfully resurrected their defective Artillery Duel videocade?
  5. Thank you for the suggestion, I figured it wouldn't hurt to add some heat sinks. I have some heat sinks on order and I also just went ahead and ordered a cap kit from Console 5. I may as well remove the RF shield, re-cap the board and add heat sinks on all of the IC's to keep them from getting hotter than they need to be.
  6. I am having a strange issue with both of my paddles on an Astrocade that I just acquired. I only have controllers 1 and 2 plugged into ports 1 and 2 respectively. When I power on my Astrocade and start a paddle/spinner game like Clowns/Brickyard, the paddles works flawlessly both 1 and 2 for about 5 minutes or so, then it will just stop working. Neither spinner will register in port 1 or port 2. If I hit the reset button the spinner function will work again for a few minutes, but then just stops registering again. If I play a game like Incredible Wizard, I can play for a very long time and the joystick and fire button work just fine and never wavers or gives out at all. I have swapped games, loaded up Dog Patch and the spinner function works for a few minutes then gives out on both controllers. I did some searching through this forum and just some Googling, yet didn't see anyone talking about this problem. Any ideas? Thank you.
  7. This is a piece of technological wizardry! Thank you RJ1307 for such an amazingly fast turn around time! I thought I had the correct power supply, mine was center negative. Not a big deal, the correct one is on the way. Cannot wait to fire this baby up in the 7800! FYI - I think the burgundy looks great in person.
  8. Hi! Please put me on the list for 1x Dragonfly cart (I have no color preference) with both the Pokey Max and YM2151 options. Thanks!
  9. I recently acquired this Heavy Sixer from a co-worker. He told me that he found this 'old Atari system from the 70's, is it worth anything?' I asked him if it had six switches on the top. He brought it in and sure enough, it is a Heavy Sixer. No channel selection switch hole in the case.
