So my friend has a Video Pinball cartridge with apparently a semiconductor testing mechanism(?) screwed into the cart itself (By checking its patents) with 2 joysticks. One of the patent numbers has no results for anything. Is this normal? Is this a test cartridge? I genuinely have no clue.
