  1. That Is exactly what I said. But since exists 4 not connected pins in that IC, I did some tests with it to be sure that those pins could (or not) to be the paddle pins. In Brazil there exist some Atari 2600 clones (by Milmar) that not supports paddles but only the connexion is needed. The circuit is already there! You just need to add 4 wires.
  2. Hi. I know that this is an old post but I have some information. I own a Brazilian PAL-M console that uses the 6592 chip. The oscillator xtal frequency is 14.30244Mhz. It works great. Today I received a piece IC marked 6591(92). I decided to try it in the circuit putting it in the place of original 6592 ic and all works great too. With colors working in PAL-M all ok. I also tried on both IC (6591(92) and 6592) to use a NTSC xtal version (14.31818Mhz) but I got no colors!!! The games runs ok but only black and white screen is get. PS--> 6591 and 6592 chip is an Atari 2600 all in one chip. It appears that it haves a very impressive compatibility with a real console that uses the 3 famous chips (6507 6532 6526) and It can run all games I tested but IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE with paddles (but is ok compatible with the Drive controller). 6591/6592 chips haves four pins that is not connected to circuit. I made a lot of tests with then but now I am sure. This chips IS DEFINITELY NOT COMPATIBLE with paddles.
  3. Is possible to replace MC68000 using directly a MC68010 one????
  4. Hi friend. I am looking for the schematics or the service manual for this coleco console compatible with Atari 2600. Do you have it to send me??? Thanks
  5. Hi friends. Please. I would like to know if anyone has the schematics diagram or service manual for the Coleco Gemini Video Game System console (Atari 2600 Clone). I am needing this schematics. I couldn't find it on the internet. Thank you very much friends
  6. Here is the great job (NOT TESTED YET) made by Brazilian friend Marco F. Costa. That's is an array to became able to use a NTSC ATARI TIA (CO10444D or 6526N or KSC131 and others) to replace the very hard to find Coleco Gemini E4002 TIA. I used the E4002 datasheet pinouts to check several times the schematics made by our friend Marco and compare with CO10444D datasheet. All about circuit looks very good to me. I did not find any error but you must to keep on mind that nothing here were actually tested yet. Special thanks for the friend Marco F. Costa from Brazil by his efforts on drawing the schematics.
  7. Hi friends. Please. I would like to know if anyone has the schematics diagram or service manual for the Coleco Gemini Video Game System console (Atari 2600 Clone). I couldn't find it on the internet. Thank you very much friends.
  8. Today I did this Pinout converter plan. Please keep on mind that I haven't tested it yet!!! If you plain to test it, please tell us the results.
  9. As I said, that was done by a friend of mine. I asked for the PCB files and if I get them I will share here for sure.
  10. A friend of mine did it. He made a small PC board to do it. Now he uses 6526N ou KSC131 tô replace the hard to find ic E4002
  11. A friend os mine, here in Brazil, made a small PC board adapter to use an ATARI TIA 6526N to replace Gemini E4002 IC. It Works perfect!
  12. Hi friend. Thanks for replying. Very Very thanks for your great helpping!!!!
  13. Hi friends. I Would like to know please if exist a software to convert PAL roms in NTSC ones. There are some games that I can´t find in NTSC version. I Attached here one of the games I would like to convert. Thanks friends Motocross - (1983) (PAL).bin
  14. Já fiz o cartucho e já estou usando!!! Ficou perfeito! Não tenho palavras pra agradecer!!! Você é Brasileiro?? I just burned an EPROM and it works great!!!! I have no words to thank you! Are you Brazilian?
  15. Wooooow Very very very cool !!! I will burn an eprom just now and play it with my Kids!!!! Very very Thanks!!!!!!!!
  16. Thank for replying my friend. I have interest on its datasheet due the original ic is very hard to get living in Brazil. The bud Batari told me that he believes TB759933 can be replaced with 74LS00. Once more thanks again!
  17. Hi friends. A friend of mine asked me for some help about an integrated circuit that I never seen before TB759933 from Texas instruments. I think it is a part of the Bankswitch array. May some friend to send me the datasheet about it? I also would like please if someone could tell me another IC that could be a substitute for it. Special thanks from Brazil.
  18. What is the error you got??? I tried to program some AM2732B using my willem programmer and all works fine.
  19. TL866II WILL NOT program 2732 chips and will NOT program 2716 chips commonly used for Atari 2600 (2k or 4k games). That programmer not reaches 21v (and above) vpp voltage required by this eproms. Willem is better to do that in this case. Willem do the job.
  20. THE GAMES INSIDE THE ROMS I PLACED ABOVE IS: E.T Press Cooker Robot Tank Pigs in Space (ALL BY RENTACON) H.E.R.O. (By Rentacon) Pole Position (By Rentacon) Moon Patrol (By Rentacon) Beam Raider (By JVP)
  21. Sorry for the delay. Covid-19 time it is been a hard days and hard night here. I dumped my two carts today an sent zip files here. Please note that this is a weird strange cart. It uses a kind of special 16K chip that fits a 32K data content. So I did two types of reading. Firstly I did a read as a 27128 chip and after I did a read as 27256 chip. Please Keep in mind that the actual chip is a NMC27CP128Q. I sent attached all the data I got. I placed some pics from the board too. Hope be useful for you. Once more sorry for the delay on dumping the files... READ AS 27C128.zipx READ AS 27C256.zipx
  22. SORRY FOR REBIRTH AN OLD POST BUT I do Have a BIT 7000 console in its original Box with papers... It is an Atari 2600 clone with a kind of nes style.
  23. Cara! Eu comprei teus livros!!! Foi a coisa mais deliciosa do mundo lê-los!!!!!! Tem mais alguma coisa??
  24. I think the arrows are pointing clockwise. When the lowest resistance is reached, full clockwise is also achieved. But this is not a problem. Testing is very easy. If not, just invert the wire to the other contact of the potentiometer. Remembering that the center (cursor) does not change.
