  1. I got additional requests and the opportunity to build new parts, I'll contact you when I will have some ready
  2. It is open source, you can do it yourself, I'm building some parts for people that do not have the skills or do not want to purchase several PCBs.
  3. I've ordered new boards for Apple 2c and 2e versions including all corrections and improvments indentified with the first prototypes. I'll contact people that showed interest when I will have received and finalised parts. It might take 2 or 3 more months to be ready.
  4. Hi, sorry to be late for this, but here is the câble pinout if you want to build one by yourself: Our cable will come with a 3D printed connector:
  5. I’m hoping to order a small batch soon, unfortunately there are still some chips that are not easily available.
  6. I've managed to solve the "crawling black dots" issue. A simple pull-up on the GR input got it working, the signal is quite low and accesses to the 64kB additional memory was creating noise on the GR signal. This in turn induced a CLEAR of the 74HC173 used to sample and hold pixels.
  7. @micheledipaola TTL extension isn't required, you can connect directly to the 12 bit shield, I'm doing it this way. The cabling spec is available here : https://github.com/hoglet67/RGBtoHDMI/wiki/Cables#apple-iic-digital-interface-1--1-bit-ttl
  8. To get HDMI out you should look at Pi RGBtoHDMI here https://github.com/hoglet67/RGBtoHDMI/wiki It will be smaller than having the A2cRGB adapter plus an RGB to HDMI converter. The main issue right now is obtaining a pi zero.
  9. I’ll post the pinout of the connector and schematic of the cable in few days, I’m not at home at the moment. As said, we will also offer pre-made cables in box that will fit in the main controller box together with the adapter box. It will take a bit longer as we concentrate to deliver the controllers for those on the waiting list.
  10. Hi, I’m taking a small break for Christmas at the moment. We found another issue in DHGR mode, there is crosstalk between signals on the board leading to random black pixels displayed on columns every 7 pixels. I can get rid of those just by touching the card at a given spot: I need to identify better the signal(s) causing the issue and rework the layout and/or add some filtering.
  11. Short status from my side, I did an 8 bit overflow this weekend and produced the 256th LPDC controller (not taking into account prototypes and scrapped parts). Fo next year I plan to upgrade and use a DECLE for encoding the serial number! We also made 50 adapters during the last 6 months. I'm now takling a small break and will restart production during January.
  12. Some news about the Apple 2e version, cards from the first very small batch are being spread out at the moment and there are good and less good news: - The card is working on NTSC machines (PN 0820-068-B) - The card is also working on PAL machines with PN 0820-073-A and 0820-073-B - However, a user has no picture coming out from a PAL Apple 2e with PN 0820-188-A, I'm investigating this trying to find the root cause and a solution for it. This delays a bit the manufacturing of news cards, I let you now about the debugging progress
  13. @mutterminder I've put you on the list
  14. @roli I've made an update to the schematic after some feedbacks where the adapter was not working reliably with some Apple2c's. The modification is the same as the one done on the Apple 2e version: - Adding a pull-up resistor on SYNC input - Using the non used gate from U9 to buffer SYNC signal before feeding the monitor It looks like some times the SYNC signal is a bit weak to drive the monitor as well has drive the MR# input from 74HC164 (U3). Here is the modified schematics, where I've also added the output signals names:
  15. I have a first batch of 10 cards going out for people from another forum in France and some of them have NTSC machines. I’m waiting for the last parts (esp the DRAM) to arrive. The second batch will follow soon with some slights improvements on the layout and your card is part of this one.
  16. USB adapter for standard INTV Controllers will work : https://www.raphnet.net/electronique/intellivusb/index_en.php You just need to wire the adapter to a male dB9 connector with the same pinout as INTV II controllers.
  17. Card is the same for NTSC and PAL, but has never been tested in an NTSC Apple 2e. The only difference is the length of the cables to connect to Audio and +12V, NTSC will require a bit longer cables, but those one will also fit a PAL machine. @trash_44fr I've put you on the waiting list, you can do with only one card, but this is an internal card.
  18. @stupus I've changed your reservation to one of each kind.
  19. Normal is for Disk on Left (this is the original design we cam up with) Revert is for Disk on Right I've updated our internal list for you : 1 Disk on Right, 1 Disk on Left and 1 adapter
  20. Please wait for tanuki to tell, but clearly not up to people in the ~200 range I'm continuing production and we should reach #120 in the list by end of the year.
  21. A smaller third batch is on its road to tanuki for packing. It mainly contains "Disk On Right" controllers to fill in the gap but also 20 "Disk On Left" ones. The list of people elegible to pass an order will be updated by tanuki soon I believe. We're really sorry for all those delays in shipment and tracking services that are not working, unfortunately there's not much we can do to improve the situation. At least we see more and more package delivered and can only hope for the remaning ones to arrive soon.
  22. For the Dual Action extension, you'll need an additional câble. We aren't yet able to provide those as we are concentrating on producing controllers and adapters for people on the pre-order list.
  23. You’re on the list, is it for an NTSC apple 2e?
  24. The first batch is already reserved, I’ll keep one for you in the second batch.
