egm, videi games and conputer monthly?, nintendo power (love the posters inside but always felt wrong to rip them out. the mail in cards.. the contests i never won. read them cover to cover.. i still have a ton of them.. not the originas ones from my childhood, but the gamecube era. and nintendo powerd for thr n64 era which i missed so i got thru those sometimes. bringing them to school was alwayd a great way to spark up some social interaction too i remember. edit.. missed gamepro. that WAS the best one. the little face boxes in different colors as scores is burned in my brain

its funny i just recently organized my gameboy stuff . i charged my gameboy sp's all up as makeshift emergency flashlights. someone i amassed a bunch of sps.. my first one was the silver one which got me to just back into handhelds after the gameboy as a kid (damn got so much use, especially at funerals and hospital waiting rooms). im not much into handheld these days but these have a big space in my heart.

anyone got the camera and printer? i have one i found a long time ago and it worked okay. but now the thermal paper is shot. here it is. did the clear gameboy come with the printer set? i got this all in the set.

mine worked fine when i just kept the kai memory cart in and played burned discs until i started using the satiator. then it stopped working for either. grrr but at least it plays official discs perfectly. im mad cuz i didnt get to use the satiator very long. annnnd i just realized the satiator is for the video card slot . regardless, neither work now and i dont know how to fix it. edit.. oh wow just saw the last post, im gonna try that. thanks!!

I'm totally trying that out later. I'm not as fussy these days. We only live once and it's all just metal and plastic.

Last fall Xbox 360 to play Forza horizon 1 and 2 and then the Xbox series x for Forza horizon 3 4 and 5. Ugh and the 3ds for MK7

This collection made my regretful decision to sell my Jaguar collection a while back hurt a little bit less.. and gave me the opportunity to play Atari Karts, which sid a great kart racer. The little collection of Jaguar games is nice to have on my Xbox. Edit.. and the same could be said for the lynx games. I regretted selling that too around the same time. But honestly I never played a lynx game that didn't feel broken, and I played probably 20-30 of them in original cart format.

Is that FZero on the TG16? Will watch. I had so much fun with new adventure island this weekend. Really gorgeous game. I wish I had the onion thing to play CD games.

I played tg16 all weekend! I finally set up my classic gaming section after finding these red stools. Tg16 is the star. Sharing because I'm so proud of it Question. I am using a cord extender for the original gamepad.. it's insanely long like ten feet. So u think it has any lag? I didn't notice any but curious if it does.

I used to always feel uneasy pushing the eject lever.. it always seemed so harsh and like it was going to fly out so I would press it so slow and hold the top of the cart as it was coming out.. probably totally unnecessary. I love the north American SNES with the purple it's so beautiful, but prob a lot of nostalgia. My everdrive is in a jaanese style cart and I don't like those as much as the na carts.. I wish could swap it out.

That Toshiba in the pic had component, svideo.. the little 14 incher I have also has that unfortunately the 27 inch trinitron doesn't but It has a video and can be modded for rgb but I can't do that stuff. Id totally let someone else if they wanna tinker ! There's a CRT hoarder literally around the block from me. I wish I knew who. He just puts one out every few months.

Oh and this was around the corner from me from the same owner. I wish I could have saved it, but it was way high on top an electrical box. People had some fun with it too. Toshiba AF I think 27 inch. I have the 14 inch of this model and it's gorgeous. This set looked to be in great condition too.

I recently upgraded to a 27 inch CRT. I was using 14 and 20 inch ones before that. This is the perfect size to sit right in front of as well as laying down across from. I have it on a trunk that I can slide around the room.

Picked this up on a whim last night.. glad I did!! It's like a combo of FZero and wip3out with cell shades graphics which I normally don't like but wow this game is great. Love when little gems of the subgenre come out. Picked it up on the Xbox store.

Oh nice.. it never even occurred to me there might be maps. I do like the look and sound of the games so I'm going to give them another shot.

Oh hmm thanks for that simple explanation. I didn't like Metroid really. Too difficult. I played circle of the moon and it was too hard too.i had it for the gba back in the day and remember giving up really quickly as well. I thought it was the DS titles when I bought it, I could have just played these on the TV a gazillion different ways including the gba player for GameCube so this was a waste, but it was on sale.

I just tried finding if they even have a video cables for the Wii u and can only find component and composite.. I only have S Video on the CRT I use. I was curious if maybe the virtual console games won't be as dark if I go analog to a CRT versus HDMI to an hdtv.

The Wii u virtual games are also dark and washed out compared to the ones on the original Wii. And I transferred all my damn Wii virtual games to the Wii u. And when I found out they aren't as graphically good as the og Wii I was even oissier at Nintendo cuz, I couldn't transfer them back ! Morons. Whenever I see Mario now I spit on the floor. Edit .. I see that the Wii u doesn't have ,240p out like the Wii does only 480. Grr

Okay I'm not the biggest Castlevania fan but I've loved so many of them, especially this compilation. Last night I bought the Castlevania advance collection cuz it was on sale. Are these role playing games? They are horrible.

I think in my case it's less bitching about the fact that games were ported to the switch (nothing wrong with that, Sony does it all the time) and moreso the fact that they dropped support so fast and I'm not sure why I thought it was going to happen but I thought a new FZero was hinted at being made because of the teaser tracks in Mario kart 8. Obviously I read those cards wrong lol. I also thought there would be more racing games. I wound up buying a used PS3, picked up some racing games, and my jaw dropped to the floor.. which made me go PS4 last gen and it had a good amount of racing, futuristic racers, kart racers etc. I'm still keeping my Wii u thought i'd love to mod it one day. Does it have analog video out?
