    Protos burned?

Small price to pay for not being another lemming. M$ does suck afterall. At least when they launch a new OS, it can burn a CD. Huh?? I can burn BrD's all day long.... As well as DVDs and CD's So are there any more full multi carts?? I know Sean Kelly used to make one. I have his menu driven 2600 one.

    Controllers!

I bought 2 rebuilt controllers from Best a few years back and have had no problems whatsoever. Highly recommended! I'm leaning REALLY hard this way!!! Alll I need now is a 2 port'er.....
  4. Thanks, homes! The software won't work on a Mac! Opps!

    Protos burned?

I looked. the software only runs in various versions of Winblows. I run OS X will it still work?
  7. I too am an Amiga gamer!! I would LOVE to hook up one of these. Or a Y connector with a GC or PS2 connector on one end and a keypad on the other! It wasn't made by Commodore, I just know that's white and red, about the size of the 2600 Joystick. Thanks for the info on the buttons. But, what about the analog sticks failing? Is there any way around that? And, OT, how about the buttons on the Colecovision-same deal? Before Commodore bought them, Amiga, Inc made two 2600 standard controllers. The amazing powerstick and the curious powerboard

  10. Anyone here have the hardware or resources to get proto roms burned on to carts? Or a multicart that's got most/all of the releases on it. Thanks....

    Controllers!

Actually thats WAY cheaper. Hell of a deal there folks, You best buy them up before they are gone with them being openly advertised here at AA like this and with Adventure 2 driving the prices of 5200 hardware threw the roof. I think I may hold out and BUY a remanufactured one from Best. It's like what 35-$40?? But it'll last a while. Anyone here have one of their rebuilds??

    Controllers!

Actually I want to stick with analog! Redemption is no longer available from AA. How much do the Wico sticks run?

    ADVENTURE 2

Seconded Tripled! I got mine last night. I had a long, long day at work. Trudged in well after midnight, and what do I see on the coffee table, but a box from Atari Age! It competely made my day. I can relate, the delivery guy put it in my hand right after the cable company left and didn't fix my connection. I was pi$$ed, but yes a box from Atariage will sure cheer you up!!

    Controllers!

Hey-- I'm about to scare up a 5200 and have some controller questions. I'm used to the original controller, but the one I have, needs a rebuild, what's that site that sells the rebuild kits? and how well do they work? Also, how well do the wico ones work, I've never used one before....
  15. I will NOT be the one to rain on this parade. just chime in when you find it!!!
  16. Or are we sworn to secrecy on the "easter Egg" in AII?
  17. Well, I'll never eBay mine. (I won't eBay anything Atari unless it's something I already have. ) Good point, but a financial emergency forced me to sell my entire complete Jag library (no HB!) and the retail display with TWO NIB monitors. Tough choice, sell or suffer..... Hmmmmmmmmm.............
  18. WOW.... a few days old, and still NONE on Ebay yet! VERY impressive! That's what I love/hate about the homebrew market, we tend to hold on to them! WAY COOL!
  19. Yes, the USPS sucks. Very badly And blows! All at the same time!!! They only look good in comparison to UPS!
  20. 195, like a mofo! it's like a 187 but mo' 'ghetto'! Word is bond, James Bond!
  21. I can pretty much guarantee that this won't happen, as I don't think Atari would be too keen on us including an entire copy of the original game alongside Adventure II. However, because we have to use a bankswitch cartridge for the 8-bit, that does leave the possibility of expanding the game beyond 32K. But I don't think Ron really wants to spend a lot of time doing additional Adventure II work beyond porting it to the 8-bit. I think he'd like to move onto something new. ..Al Good point! You'd prob. have to sell your soul to get that from them! How does Ron feel about working on the 8B version?
  22. That's a tough call! Stick to the original A2, or exploit the other systems strengths! I've seen some nice G2F pictures, looked about as nice as FLI on a C-64, impressive stuff. Okay, let's recap again: 1. classic cartridge case 2. possibility of the original Adventure as Easter Egg. 3. pretty C2F title screen and enhanced graphics if possible. Just keep in mind, the more goodies added, the longer it'll take to code.
  23. Hi- I have a one owner Jag and CD system with power cords, electrical taped together in the name of better cable management. A video cord (composite) that the wires are spread on. I used to keep it in a POS stand and had better speakers hooked up to it. a standard NON pro controller. I'll toss in whatever Jag stuff I have left. Syndicate, MYST demo and some instruction booklets. I'll revise this post as I get everything together. What I want is an AV MODDED 5200 with at least one working controller and a multi-cart old or new ,with or without DIP switches, etc. Any interest??? Edit: Adding the original Jaguar auto switchbox.
