  1. In the spirit of full disclosure...

I have the BE multisync cable and it looks fine.

    but...

I am currently going SCART RGB to FRAMEMEISTER for my ST.

So while I can testify to the build quality of the cable, I haven't actually worked it into my setup just yet.

But I see no reason why it should not work just fine,

  2. It is quite a bit pricey, so I throw many things at it, SNES, AES, NGCD, Genesis, Amiga, and ST. Between a mass of cables and switchboxes, I can make nearly everything look fantastic. If it can RGB, it does RGB out.

Once you "pull the trigger" and get a framemeister, you will not regreat it!

  3. I know emulators are good.

    Emulators will solve erectile dysfunction

They help you lose weight too!

An emulator will help you grow hair.

You can also appear taller with the right emulator.

    Three words, "Ladies LOVE emulators."

Emulators don't lose their flavor on the bedpost at night,

Four out of 5 doctors recommend emulators for their patients that emulate.

    WINE is emulation

It's just not for me. :)

    Old fashioned or not: get some mass storage and get rid from piles of unreliable floppies;

I use a Mega Everdrive, Master Everdrive, Everdrive GB, TI multicart, satandisk, MMC64 so I can run on original hardware.

I only use a floppy when it's absolutely necessary.

All of my info is backed up. The only think I have lost is my Notator %$#@*& DRM dongle.

  5. I talked to them the other day. No Falcons in stock. They are "long gone" according to the owner..

He also commented on the prices on ebay as crazy and "worth their weight in gold...it seems".

He did however mention still having new STs and STEs available.

I wish that Atari had made more of them, but then who knew they would be so desired??

B&C should really update their site, it's stuck in the 1990's
