  1. Very cool, thanks!! I've managed to collect all Commodore 64,VIC20 ones but the TI books are a bit more elusive.
  2. Other that one TI Games book, did Compute! make any other TI books?
  3. Ohh cool!!! I just want a microPEB that is reliable and easy to use
  4. I wish I could. I have no programing skills. I'm more of a hardware guy than a software guy.
  5. Nice. I like how this thread evolved from a question about a megademo, troll accusation, real talk about programing. Very nice,
  6. The Vita games sold, and the SID Symphony has 3 hours to go!!
  7. Oh. Here's an example of the demand for the SID chip I'm selling my SID Symphony on eBay: http://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbay&gbh=1 And it's already up to $81.00
  8. True dat, Asmusr But..... The SID chips are fracking awesome and the VIC II lets you control graphics timing down to the scan line.
  9. I know this is a stretch, but has there ever been a megademo made for our 99's like on the Commodore C64? The 99 doesn't have the prowess of the VIC II or SID chips, but I think they can do some very good things especially since the F18A board is so popular,
  10. Hey fellow TI-n00b!! Where did you get your PEB? Bookmark THIS site: https://www.arcadeshopper.com/wp/?page_id=11#!/Extended-Basic-2-7-Suite/p/44354005/category=15846004 And consider the F18A video chip upgrade here: http://codehackcreate.com/store#!/F18A-V1-7-Video-Board/p/14022176/category=0 Good question about using an iPod to feed cassette software, that sounds possible. I have a modified Starpath Supercharger and CDROM full of games for my Atari VCS, and it works great.
  11. Cool, Thanks. I want to buy him a beer.
  12. Well I have had mixed luck with most of my SEGA pads. Some stop certain keys from working, etc. But way back in 2004, I bought a modified Performance brand control pad from CMD (Creative Micro Designs) that was internally modified to not send any info through except for the d-pad and 1 button.
  13. What is the username of the guy that came up with and made these cool video boards?
  14. For me, Ω, I just want to geek out to some games and have the memory expansion needed to run newer home-brews. With the F18A (can we call it the Hornet board?) I will have the best picture possible and be able capture screenshots and video running it through my XOBXONE. I gave away my PEB years ago and I'm getting to the point where I almost regret it, but my god that thing was a monster but made a great monitor stand.
  15. I don't solder anymore. I checked my oder status and it looks like my F18A is on its way! They are out of stock so I found and purchased one at the perfect time. I am hyped F18A!
  16. Ouch... I'll hold off getting one for now.
  17. Is this site legit? http://www.stargames.be/shop/accessoires/4085-compactflash-drive-rs-232-nanoped.html It looks like they are in stock. Has anybody delt with them before?
  18. Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale AND Army Corps of Hell Here I am: http://www.ebay.com/usr/darth_pikachu Have fun and please bid early and often. LOL I just added 1 more! Call Of Duty Black Ops III with unused NukeTown code.
  19. So to of a full recap, I am, or will be soon, pumping: Beige TI-99/4A WICO joystick adapter 2 Kraft Maze Master joysticks plus a wide variety of various SEGA gamepads. F18A VGA to VGA cable Composite cable for sound VGA and minijack audio to HDMI adapter HDMI cable fed through XBOX ONE 27 inch Samsung widescreen And a big stack of games!!!
  20. I love your username, "wyerd"! It's so... weird.
  21. Thanks Ksarul. I tried to research the chip and all roads led back to either MSX, Coleco, or TI. I also have the VGA and audio to HDMI adapter on its way. This is going to be great!
  22. Cool! What computer was the F18A in natively? All I have to do know is wait, Oh, and I'll have to dig up my Dremel! I haven't seen it in years... I have everything on its way. If only I could get a nanoPEB or other flash storage/RAM solution.
  23. Got an order confirmation from codehackcreate. I should get it soon. After the weekend After memorial day After I get more desk space cleared up to set up in my main game area.
  24. Oh and this for the audio: http://www.ebay.com/itm/3-5mm-1-8-Male-Stereo-Mini-plug-Jack-TO-2-RCA-Stereo-Phono-Audio-Speaker-CABLE
