I have been told by a few that this manual doesn't seem to be readily available online at the moment. My copy is now scanned for anyone who might need to reference:

Stay safe out there, everyone.

I don't care about games or controllers being included, but I would like to find a minty system. Bonus if it's already A/V modded.

For the most part, it's performance enhancements in the Atari version. If anyone needs new roms burned to replace in your original cart, drop me a PM.

Yeah, it's a port of the fairly popular and addictive Netwalk game that is available on a number of modern platforms. I would edit my original post, but it doesn't seem I can do so.

Finally, I have released RetroNet (AtariNet + C=Net) version 1.1. Many of you have contributed to this effort with testing and suggestions, and I thank you very much for your help. The binaries can be found at http://www.atarinet.com/. I'm always happy to receive additional feedback, including any bugs you may run into.
Enjoy!

I am glad to hear it, this is the first I've heard/read of your wife's dust covers, I didn't care much for the ones sold on ebay, and the dealers are sold out for 1200XL covers at least, I checked. I was going to get my mom to sew one up, but shes not able to right now due to health and sewing machine still in storage. I'll be in touch in the next few weeks to order a 1200XL and eventually a couple 1050 drive covers and an Indus GT cover...I don't suppose you'd offer 1010 tape drive and 1020 printer covers would you? Maybe a 1025 printer too?

She'll make 'em for anything we have or can borrow. I at least have a 1010 lying around...
-
Yes, my wife still makes them and has a number of repeat buyers. No, she's not this eBay person.
Keep in mind the link above still has 2010-based pricing. Depending on the cost of materials, they might be a little bit more than noted, but at least you have a ballpark idea. She also may be able to make covers for unlisted items. Just depends on what it is, whether or not I own one, and/or how complicated the case is. If anyone else needs contact info, feel free to PM me and I'll give it to you.thanks

I tried to get him a couple weeks ago as well and haven't heard back. I'll go ahead and renew the domain name so folks can get at it.

I downloaded it last week and tried it out tonight. Fantastic! Are you planning a another run of carts? I'd like one. If not, I'll make a donation. Great game!
Thanks - glad you enjoyed it. Sorry though, I won't be doing another run.

Hello Slor,
yesterday the german ABBUC club has celebrated the 30-th annual meeting (JHV 2015) and all of the AtariNet carts have finally reached their owners.
I would like to thank you in the name of all of us for a challenging game

Cheers
Montezuma
Awesome. Congrats on the anniversary.

Great job, James. thanks for making this available. Are there not going to be any more cart runs?
Randy
No. The cart release was a limited issue more or less geared towards using up my parts while satisfying the needs of die-hard cartridge fans out there (like myself).

I have just downloaded this game. I absolutely LOVE it.
I want to make a donation. Is that possible?
I would never turn down a donation.
If you'd like to send via PayPal, you can find my email address in the included text file. Thanks a bunch!-

AtariNet limited edition cart release is now officially sold out! Thanks all!
Due to popular request, I'm currently working on the C64 version. And yep, that makes me feel just a little bit dirty.

Oh yeah... http://atariage.com/forums/topic/243627-atarinet-binaries-available-for-download/

Thanks to everyone who supported the cartridge release. Now that the official cart is sold out, I'm releasing the .ROM and .XEX images to the public domain:

I have a single cartridge remaining from this limited 50-cart run. If you want it, this is your last chance! Thanks again to everyone for the support and kind words about the game. I'm hopeful we'll see it on an HSC (or in this case LSC) event sometime in the near future...

I bought them years ago from B&C (myatari.com).
-
Most excellent!
-
Awesome - that didn't take too long.

Last call - I have 2 carts that have not yet been spoken for. Drop me a line if you need to get some of that action!
Thanks as always.

Final status update: Most carts shipped today. My apologies to the folks in Poland - I just realized I didn't yet have a confirmation on which of you to send the package to. Rather than guess, I decided to hold it until I hear back. Assuming that happens this weekend, it will be sent first thing Tuesday (Monday is a holiday). If you have further questions, issues, want to let me know you received your cart, etc., please drop me a PM. Thanks to everyone for your support of this project!

P.S. If I find I had grossly overestimated any of the overseas shipping amounts, I'll send partial refunds for those.
-
FYI - Carts are going out tomorrow to everyone who has paid so far, including a large box headed for Germany! The spreadsheet above should be current. Much appreciated if you'll let me know when you've received your packed in good order. I still have a few carts remaining for anyone who still wants to order.
Thanks!

Just a quick status update... Cartridge construction is under way, and some were delivered this past weekend to folks at VCF Midwest. I'm continuing to build and expect to ship the remainder of current orders this week. Below is an updated list of currently outstanding orders. If you see anything incorrect on it, please let me know ASAP. I owe a couple of you some shipping costs for combined orders, and I'll get those to you very soon. Only a handful of cartridges remain unclaimed, so this is a good time to make your reservation if you want a cartridge and still have not done so.
Thanks!

Reservation list updated. Thanks folks.
Labels just arrived and I'll be starting to make carts tonight!

Atari 800 dust covers in Europe?
in Atari 8-Bit Computers

I missed some PMs because notifications were going to my junk mail for a little while. Yes, my wife still makes the covers (doing some right now as a matter of fact). I wouldn't put much stock in the old price list, but you can reach out for whatever you want and I'll get you in direct contact with the talent.
thanks
