these consoles are for a niche crowd. i can't imagine Analoge's shipping department being very large. try and have some patience folks. you'll be gaming before ya know it. 🕹️

any news/ETA on V5.0 firmware for V2 Mega Sg?

does it have to be bluetooth? it's my understanding that bluetooth has overhead and variable delays in controllers. [edit]M-S beat me to it. i like this one from retroUSB https://www.retrousb.com/product_info.php?cPath=36&products_id=154 it's radio 'line of sight' though. if a table is between you and the receiver it probably won't work. it's a clicky type controller (including the D-Pad) so it takes a bit of getting use to the feel. great for timing jumps/movement though! my only gripe with it is the buttons are kinda sharp and uncomfortable if you are holding one down. no lag that i can perceive though & great battery life. welcome to the forums BTW!

still waiting for the audio fix for the V2 Mega Sg that v4.9 broke.

wondering what this release announcement will do for the price of N64 systems/games. i have my original N64 and a bunch of games, but no desire to play any of them. even back when i was playing it after i got it, i'd picked up my SNES and found that to be more fun.

it was (is?) but says pre-orders are shipping winter 2023. RetroUSB store has a 'buy' button for the AVS. do they now have stock, or is that still pre-order? 🤔 i'm glad i bought one when i did. was waiting for the HighDefNES be in stock for my top loader, and then that went EOL (end of life) 😵 seems they were busy fitting them to top loaders where some were paying $700 on FleaBay for one? WTF it is strange. if Analog do go back to the NES, for the love of god make the cartridge slot better! aluminum wet dream case with a shet slot. the EverDrive N8 Pro is awesome. love how it keeps you at the same point in the menus when you re-enter it. (looking at you FXPAK Pro!) also love the save states. can get good at games i never thought i would beat. yeah just in hacks and translations there is a TON of fun to be had for sure. then you look at all the new homebrew/inde games!

what about the AVS?

@Atariboy i'm sorry to hear you didn't get yours fixed. i emaled Analogue Saturday, and just got a reply. "Upon checking with our repair center, they confirmed that the motherboard has been replaced with a new one therefore the SD card slot is also new. Have you tried using a different SD card?" rolling my eyes i said why not and another adapter with the same SD card. to my astonishment, it flashed the jailbreak! so i guess they did fix it. the adapter that now works was one i tried when i first got the unit. i'm going to buy an actuall SD card that size instead of messing with these crappy MicroDS>SD adapters! hope you get your Pocket sorted Atariboy!

well i've been thoruogh, and somewhat patient up til now. if they don't send me a working Mega Sg, i'm going to file for a charge back with my CC company.

just got my Mega Sg back. SD card slot is still not seeing/mounting the card.
