  1. The FB3 looks exciting! My Bday is coming up soon, so I'll be treating myself to one of these :)

If anyone figures out how to fix up the cartridge port, will somebody please show us "port illiterate" folks how to do this, possibly with a photo step-by-step guide ;) It would be most appreciated - thanx! :)

  2. I would say ANY game on the 2600 would be cool for kids of all ages, minus a few exceptions like titles from Mystique, Playaround, Wizard, and the other adult-targeted carts.

I agree the Sesame Street related games are excellent for kids (they get to have fun and you get to be all nostalgic with the Atari LOL :) ).

If you also have a little girl, Strawberry Shortcake Musical Match-up's would be ideal for her.

    Good luck!

  3. Hmmmm.....

1 - Q*Bert - My original Atari favorite. Too bad Ugg and Wrong-Way didn't make the cut for the 2600, but I still enjoy this version to this day.

2 - Chase The Chuckwagon - Mostly for nostalgia reasons - gotta love the commercial LOL. I still break this game out here & there for fun, but I'll admit it doesn't get too exciting.

    3 - Ms. Pac-Man - A classic that'll never get old.

4 - Burgertime - Another classic, even though the 2600 version is pretty inferior and slow.

5 - Kool-Aid Man - Only for the reason that I'm STILL trying to figure this damn game out, so it'll give me something to do! LOL ;)
