I just checked this as ive just updared my firmwaree and its the Global Settings. If you try to adjust anything in thr audio settings but TIA it drops thr setting to one bar.and then it stays stuck on one bar and unadjustable.

That would be very kind @SainT. If you think it would make any difference. Luckily I'm UK so not to difficult for a swap out. Thank you

Just so someone does not make the same mistake as myself. This device from Aliexpress does not provide a compatible hdmi supply from the 7800GD. See photos The image shows on screen but is bent at the edges and the screen is not static.

@Eagle I have the most recent firmware. Still no covox sound on this demo. Sorry..

I just gave that a try and Covox is now in the header (see attachment). I don't really know what this demo produces soundwise. But I turned down all sounds except Covox and there are none.

I just tested this on my 7800 GD it does say IRQ in the header but not Covox. I don't know what the additonal sound is for the Covox, is it speech (which can be heard on the YouTube demo) as I heard none? I never noticed anything additional to the demo in the Trebor pack.

Popeye is one of my favourite games from back in the day. I remember fondly going into a shopping arcade and playing this for ages. Would love to be able to purchase the rom 🙂

HI Saint. I have the two 7800s, one was AV modded and you went thru with me on twitter about the resistors as it was directly fed so I reinstalled the resistors and a RF 7800 that is not modded at all. The same results occur on both consoles. Pokey, TIA and YM music all work just fine except that weird volume issue on Rikki and Vikki that I highlighted the other day. All of the volumes are set up on Max, both global and on running the file. Ps. Sorry I feel like I'm a pia with these issues.

Has anyone managed to get the Covox demos to play any sound. I've tried with both my Pal 7800s and there is no sound. I tried the Elysium (covox music demo) and others with covox included in the header but there is no sound at all. I have attached a video of Elysium as an example. I dont really know anything about covox or what it does but what are others getting from these demos. The demo is on the most recent Trebor download. Sorry for any camera shake but I don't have any direct capture equipment. Just worried now that something has broken on the cart. VID_20230730_132407.mp4

I'm having a strange issue with Riikki & Vikki on my AV modded Pal 7800. The volume levels of the music are constantly changing and occasionally drop to no sound. I also tested this on my RF 7800 that hasn't been modded and it does the same..video attached from my RF 7800. Does anyone have any ideas or is this normal behaviour?. 20230729_163132.mp4

Thank you so much @TailChaofor this. My little Intel Atom 270 laptop ran this fine albeit slooooww.. Really appreciate, sorry for the outdated machine my 64bit PC recently died and I haven't managed to buy a new one yet. 🙂

Is there another version executable of BupboopConv available as the version posted by @laoowon't run on my Windows 10 (32 bit) os. It gives an error message of BupboopConv.exe is not compatible with the version of windows youre running. 😞

Could you implement a similar thing for exiting emulation on 2600 games as the plus cart. Which used to be reset and press right on the joypad. Although it caused issue on a very small number of games so u have to implement a way to tag a game to turn that implementation off either in the main menu or by a filename attribute?
