RPG nut much?
Seriously, that's a nice collection of RPGs there. -
I managed to get that one as well. If you have the boots, Power Claw, and upgraded grenades.. Area 01 is surprisingly easy for "Pacifist Pride".

Don't forget a lot of games released on UMD are UMD-only. Fans got royally pissed when Kingdom Hearts for the PSP never saw a release on the Go (buuut.. I think from what I remember it's more my employer not allowing it than S-E), and quirky-but-awesome titles like Gitaroo Man Lives only came out on UMD.

There's two machines at DisneyQuest here in Orlando: one on the fourth floor, one on the fifth. Both machines are the cocktail table variety with cup-holders. I also believe there is a free app of it now for iOS devices as well.

Cybergoth, I think we both have the same goal. I'm stuck on 48, 51, 55, and 56. At least we now know who "Hal" from the original is.

No, I cringe at most of them. Especially the six secret ones I unlocked. That, and the one for Super-Hard mode are the only two medals I have left. I showed a friend of mine the game, and he was speechless at just how difficult it was (especially trying to get the "Catburglar" trophy early in the game).

Christoph, thanks for your extremely fast response to my question regarding the memory cards. This shows the dedication you have to your customers when it comes to providing excellent service.

It's a great game. I've got it on Steam, and it absolutely PUNISHES me for not having trouble with the original. I've only two more medals to collect.

Anyone still showing an interest in the stuff for sale? If not, I might just close up shop here and find other venues to sell.

Here's one that proves how much I like a fun and playable game: One day back in the mid-90s I was playing Donkey Kong on my classic Game Boy almost non-stop to finish the game. After finally beating Kong at the end, I hear a loud "POP!". Turns out I played so much I overheated and blew the batteries. Not caring about my save progress I darted to the garbage can and dumped them immediately. That was the start of the big part of the obsession. Later after picking up my Dreamcast and three fighting games (SFA3, MvC2, and Capcom Vs. SNK), I began finding myself up until 5am or so trying to unlock things. That has still kept going up through today.

Is there an alternate download available? It seems kjmann's site is no longer available (most likely due to the whole GoDaddy/SOPA mess).
-
It's official, I'm coming down next check on a pair of days of back-to-back. Been needing a good arcade fix.
-
How in the bloody hell did you beat Wily on Hard with him?
-
I got the car, just gotta get the SunPass and I'm there opening day man.
-
Oh? What might this strategy be? I'm curious (always interesting to hear how to beat a boss you're weak against with that particular boss).
-
I cringe at the thought of trying to beat Wily on Hard with my only attack being the patented Boot to Da Head..
-
Is it open yet? Pics seem to show it's ready to start.

Alright folks, back open for business. Let me know if anything in the thread is of interest.

If anyone wants a multisystem crt television for their games and is in Central FL, the Goodwill in St. Cloud has a Samsung unit for $50. Both ntsc formats, pal, and secam with two scart sockets. Posting pics. Also found a Sony Multiscan X9200 in need of minor repair for $25.

If you start getting really frustrated, just remember what BombMan says: "Don't cry, now!"

It's January 13-16 at the Orlando Science Center. On top of the gaming stuff, I'm curious as to how augmented reality will be integrated for business usage (if it might be something demonstrated there).

Let's keep it on-topic, folks. You guys know what Albert and them have said about those kinds of arguments. As far as stuff to do, at the start of the year there's Otronicon. It's a game/dev con in Winter Park (Orlando area). I've only been there once, but they do have a section with some classic arcade cabinets (like a working Star Wars and Track & Field).

Just remember, for many of Time Man's you NEED to make use of his ability (apparently Roahm has shown it does have an affect on the timer.

I know, GroovyBee *smirk*, that's when I look forward to the videos.

Best arcade games on ST
in Atari ST/TT/Falcon Computers

I agree with Gauntlet and Gauntlet II (latter can use 4 players with a printer port adapter). Moon Patrol's as close as one could get to the original arcade in my eyes. Rainbow Islands was another good conversion.
