I purchased a brand new core unit to play the Halo 3 Beta. Now that it is over I don't want to keep it. It's only seen about 60 rounds of Halo 3 beta and not much else maybe a little Crackdown. The controller is unused as I used the controllers from another 360 I have. My other unit was out for repair and now I have it back and no longer need the core unit. $275 w/ free shipping. Pictures available if requested.

I saw that and emailed him. He replied he thought it was a prototype because it didn't have the normal label.

At 768MB it's like $800 is this worth it? I mean what is the best card for the buck? If you wanted dual SLI and didn't have this type of budget ($1600 plus new computer hardware which is another $1000 at least) what would you get? I want something that will play the newest PC games. I have a decent card now that's a year old and is sluggish on the newer games. My older games run fine and look and feel great. My current PC is 2.4 GHz P4 with 2GB ram. I don't need dual cards I just want enought power to handle today's graphics intense games.

Pirates will always be around. And Microsoft didn't do anything to these people but stop them from using that console on xbox live. They can use their xbox live account on a unmoded xbox. I think it's right for Microsoft to do this but I also think they cut of a revenue stream by banning people from the live service. If they can detect the firmware they should ban them from playing games online and still allow them to purchase the extra content and movies. This way it's the best of both world for microsoft. They still get the cash and the pirates can't play online. The pirates can still play the games off line so they really didn't stop the pirates from using the backups, which they should have done.

I'm speaking of my own reputation. Everyone is responisble for their own reputation I have an extra loose Video Cube if that helps.

Hey no problem. Like CPUWIZ said if not this thread then another. I think this subject should be put to rest. I think in another thread it was mentioned to 'agree to disagree' I will admit I have tried a side deal on my Sears Spuerman Pic Label and someone told the seller and I ended up wining the auction at a higher price. I learned my lesson the first time I tried it and have never done it since. It all goes back to a reputation in the collecting community. One that i don't want tarnished. Everyone lets talk about other things like Adventure II!

Your console wouldn't work and you would get three red rings of light on the xbox. I think all the 360's are built the same. I've seen pictures of the Elite and everything is the same except the video port.

Short answer: NO Long Answer: Still No - Talk to Microsoft marketing. I don't see them making a 360 with an internal HD drive.

Do it yourself for $5! It only takes about 30 minutes and requires no soldering. You just replace the x-braces with screws and washers. Either way I hope it turns out well. Too late it's already is in the mail The guy has a machine that does the soder reflow. He's charging $50 for that and $10 for the x-braces mod. It's worth it if it fixes it. Otherwise $300 for a new core unit.

Let me know if it work good.. I saw a Video on Youtube of Street Fighter Alpha 2 Mame running on the PSP Yes it has a bunch of street fighter games and dark fighter games. I played a few tonight and they worked great. I didn't check each game you listed but there should be more than enough games on the big ass emulator disks to keep you satisfied.

Was it under warranty? Out of warranty way over a year old. Are you sure you aren't keeping it (or the power supply) somewhere where it overheats? It just seems like people either never have a problem with their systems, or they go through several of them. No one ever seems to get a system, have it go bad and get replaced, and then be fine from there on out. Mine froze up one a couple of times, so I moved the power supply away somewhere where it would be cooler and I have not had a problem since. Chris Yep Tried every trick in the book. I keep both the unit and power supply well ventilated. It almost makes me want to try a PS3 but I've have to much invested in the 360

Thanks for the heads up. I needed an upgrade on my waterworld. My label isn't that good. I'll relist the unit and commons later. Thou I usally don't end up getting to the later part I must be a cart horder.
