Bunpmp.. still looking for help anybody please

Hello, Guys I am trying to MOD my Atari 2600 4 Switches model with this board. The problem i am getting , I removed the Required Component Install The points to GND / VCC / Video Properly. Problem i am facing there is an Audio Interference in the video channel i think, Even tho it is not connected but i can still hear the game sound if i plug my Video out in Audio IN (in the tv) and soon as sounds starts The Video Starts to flicker. Took it apart for i can not find any reference to compare to.

I just got a Sega genesis Model 3 , I turned it on video is perfectly fine but i am having sound glitches / Bad sound , tried to wiggle he cable it didn't help so far i have tried a known working game / Power adapter and a Working AV cable. I am not able to find any data / Schematics about the model 3 on the internet i do know basic soldering skills. Can someone help me with that.
