  1. This was Creative Realms back in 2000, not much information on it other than some companies house documentation and a press release in the Telegraph - And a Gamasutra post
  2. Using a no-win-no-fee solicitor with zero expertise in video games industry business or history, while also claiming legal aid 'help with fees' for his court fees. As for FINANCE DIRECTION to qualify for 'help with fees' a person must have no savings or investments, or only a small amount, receive certain benefits, be on a low income. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/apply-for-help-with-court-and-tribunal-fees/how-to-apply-for-help-with-fees-ex160a
  3. FANTASY PARK LTD is now the 8th company Jane's formed OMCOURT LTD (Perceptions) PERCEPTIONS PUBLISHING LTD CREATIVE REALMS LTD CREATIVE REALMS STUDIOS LTD BLUE SOCK STUDIOS LTD KEYSTONE GAMES LTD ATHENA WORLDS LTD all dissolved/struck-off without completing any games. FANTASY PARK LTD's industry legend expert Jane Whittaker offering services with "No fancy slogans" to help others because "we care". https://www.luminariesentertainment.com/services
  4. "No fancy slogans, just real people with real commitment." Seems Jane is back again, again! www.luminariesentertainment.com
  5. The above "website" seems to be from around 2002? Busy time, as well as modeling pantyhose Jane (according to his 2017 industry CV) was also -
  6. Indeed, hopefully someone asks him to elaborate upon it, it'd be interesting to know how and in what capacity he worked with Jane, where and for how long given Jane was at EA 5 months in 1998 in a senior producer role.
  7. It has become ludicrous. Oh well, good luck there then! "we have known him as" is a bit odd too, presumably then they definitely don't know him as a thoroughly dishonest and malicious scum bag? I don't know the details about how it was made, but it looks a bit sloppy, probably made on a tight timeline/budget by jnr staff. It's telling when the key environment isn't bang on.
  8. It's certainly very carefully worded compared to past itterations. The interview posted on there has been taken down i note.
  9. Jane's post on the MML forum yesterday - "My background is real and genuine" 🤣 He talks about sharing "court documents", when in fact he did not, the document shared was a regular letter (very carefully worded) from his solicitor "to whom it may concern" - (the actual court documents were posted on this thread some months ago.) That isn’t a court document is it Jane? "settlement" the truth is you could not answer the defense, you did not provide any evidence to the court what so ever to prove your career claims. The articles you challenged remain up to this day, the podcast remains up; your court case achieved nothing. You were mercifully let off in the end because you had no money to pay the other side's costs. You were spared bankruptcy and contempt of court Jane, the defendants offered to let you drop the case without any undertakings, and as your solicitor was told at the time "your client should consider herself fortunate". Whittaker's responce - "Skyhook did enormous diligence" - did they? "Jane's legal evidence" what evidence? And by "flimsy pile of rubbish" you mean this high court order with the king's stamp on it?
  10. Glad you found it to be useful, welcome to the rabbit hole that is JW.
  11. Seems Jane is back, working at Skyhook games as their new CTO. He's currently quite active on the dovetailgames forums under the name jane-skyhook https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/midland-mainline-skyhook-feedback.69452/
  12. "To the extent that the claimant believes what she says, her world is delusional."
  13. It's worth mentioning that the court case was for 3 million, the court fees for a claim on this scale is 10k, someone would have had to pay this upfront. It is unclear as to whom this was exactly.
  14. "fan questions" Certainly not answering any real questions. I've a question to add Jane - What drives you to such malicious ends to maintain such a silly farse?
  15. Jane lasted ~5 months at EA/Bullfrog - Somewhat different to what's claimed on Jane's LinkedIn - Or his CV -
  16. It was less than the 6 weeks probation, lasting closer to 2 weeks according to Steven Turner's records.
  17. Whittaker's Witness list - Kevin Mathieson is an ex Chief Officer of Northumbria Police & Tayside Police and is currently CEO of Over The Wall a charity for disabled children and their families. He was Jane's business partner at Keystone Games. Kevin Godley, yep the guy from 10cc. He is an advisor to Athena Worlds. Jason Shuster is Jane's business partner at Athena Worlds. Robert Sallibrass is managing director of sim publisher Excalibur games (and others). Excalibur released Jane's flight sim add on packs and Circus World. Purple Hampton, listed by his nickname for some odd reason. Julian Ward is a games industry lawyer, advisor to Athena Worlds. Jane described him as "our Chief Legal Officer" despite there being no official record of him in that role. It'd be interesting to know how many of these knew they were listed as Witnesses?
  18. Jason McGann's defence. Note originally McGann submitted his own defence, subsequently it was amended by a Barrister. Jason McGann Amended Defence v3 05.07.21.pdf
  19. CLAIM NO: QB-2020-002060 Particulars of Claim - Jane Whittaker vs 4 Defendants Jane Whittaker - Particulars of Claim (signed).pdf Interestingly when this document was originally served upon the defendants Whittaker's statement of truth was invalid - When this was pointed out, Whittaker simply declared it 'a mistake' and resigned it correctly (as shown in the .PDF).
  20. "In the UK, designer and programmer Andrew Whittaker, who had collaborated with Alien designer HR Giger on the PC horror-adventure Darkseed, was approached by Atari to work alongside Rebellion. Giger had personally recommended him for the new game. Andrew would spend long hours discussing the behaviour and many character nuances of the Aliens with their creator, and the Predator's motivation and design with Stan Winston's movie effects department as well as Fox" FFS. Whittaker has yet to show proof he worked directly or even met with Giger or Stan Winston, or had anything to do with Fox. Seems always the grandiose buzzy spiel, a somewhat slight of hand given the truth is he play tested DarkSeed for a few weeks prior to it's UK distribution. "Working with a console that was still effectively in the development stage was an unusual process for both teams. Andrew remembers constantly rewriting various graphic routines as the Jaguar's hardware was being finalised, before hitting on the idea of coding new game elements, then suggesting the hardware features to implement them." Contradicts himself "that wonderful 3d engine is all Mikes!" it can't have been Whittaker rewriting the graphics routines then? Would be hard for the hardware to change much too, it was already in the stores before Whittaker started on the game. "Andrew wanted to add artificial intelligence like 'pack-hunting' behaviour for the Aliens, which would work to lead unwary players into traps - a feature he had christened 'Alien Chess'. In the long run this subtle feature would distinguish the game from rivals like Doom, whose monsters would simply become active when the player approached, rather than actively chase or lie strategically in wait when the player entered their virtual environment." Where's this Alien Chess pack hunting? It didn't appear to be anywhere in the source code. "When the game was finally completed, a grateful Sam Tramiel gave Andrew a hefty bonus, along with the keys to his brand new sports car, and told him to take off for a two month vacation." 🤣
