Update: the issue was that the cpu wasn't seated properly. The machine now works.

I have recently picked up this iasis ia-7301 computer from 1976. It runs on a amd 8080 cpu. It had all the original instructions, and the computer looked to be in good shape. It did not come with a power supply. I tried to connect the machine to a power supply based on it's instructions, but it doesn't turn on. Using my power supply, I found that there was an issue with the 5v. I checked the connection at the terminal, and they are all good, and when i power off the power supply, there's a brief flash of life, so the problem is to do with the board. I found a schematic, but its really bad due to it being in black and white, but maybe someone can figure it out. Any suggestions?
